Everyone at this location always does a great job, I ship items here almost daily. Unfortunately they often need to deal with people who are quite simply stupid and want to blame the employees for their issues to make themselves feel better. I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs. 5 stars!!

I love this UPS store. They always give good customer service. The employees are always helpful and nice. I have been to several other locations and have had some bad experiences. I actually drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location.

I just had to share my fantastic experience at the UPS Store, thanks to Jacob! My girlfriend and I were returning an Amazon package, and we encountered some confusion with the return process. While another employee didn’t seem inclined to assist us, Jacob stepped in and truly went above and beyond. He expertly switched our return from a Whole Foods QR code to a UPS Store QR code, ensuring everything was seamless. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help made all the difference. I genuinely appreciate his exceptional service. Thank you, Jacob, for your outstanding assistance! You’ve earned my loyalty to this store!

Very nice, friendly, and respectful owner and workers. I enjoy supporting businesses who treat me well. This location might not be the closest UPS store to where I live, but I have no problem going a little out of my way to support good business owners.
