I went in to send a card and a small package on September 9. Space I asked the clerk to ensure a small package for 100 bucks I paid and left. My niece got the car but they didn’t get the package. I went to go look for the tracking number and realize that when I got my car detailed on that Monday that they must’ve thrown the receipt away. So I went the next day to see if they could find the receipt without a tracking number, and the gentleman said no, I have worked in retail so I know they can find it eventually so I went back today and spoke I believe to the manager she was nice and after a few minutes she found the receipt and printed it for me and said there was no way to track my package. I said I didn’t understand that because I actually told the guy to insure it for 100 bucks and they said we don’t insure those things that are that small. The gentleman was nice he’s young but it’s all the fact that they didn’t do what I asked them to do and now I can’t find the package which was a birthday present for my niece who turned 18. The bracelet is not worth a lot of money. The bracelet was a sentimental gift for me to her that I’ve had since she was born There was also a 100 bucks cash in the card. Don’t go here. There’s dad obviously doesn’t know what to do for certain things and I specifically asked for service and didn’t get it and I didn’t realize I didn’t get it until it was too late now the bracelet is God knows where. And my niece did not get her to gift. I asked the if there was any other recourse to find the package and she sent me to the post office which was a wild goose chase because the post office has no idea. Save yourself some problems and go to the store on Pine Ridge. They’re much better with customer service.

I went on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 and needed help with several items, an email download and printed, envelopes purchased and something mailed. While I was there a couple from New Jersey had items they needed packaged up and sent. Brendan waited on all of us and was super helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The couple from New Jersey were so appreciative and asked Brendan to come home with them to help with the electronics in their house they don't know how to figure out!! Great young man and a great experience!! Thanks Brendan!!

Notary was sitting right there. But wouldn’t help me because she was on her “lunch break”.Said I had to wait 20 minutes while she continued to stuff her face.So disappointing. So we left.

Great experience today shipping my package, the staff at this location is friendly and helpful. I have a UPS store much closer to my home but drove a few extra miles after a receiving poor service there recently. I’ll continue to drive to this location because of the staff.

I will go out of my way to come to this location. They are so pleasant and engaging and concerned about the safety of what I am shipping. Extraordinary staff!!!! My grandsons mosaic guitar in the making. I hope it lands safely in NJ!!!!

I had valuable artwork packed up and shipped back home. I was nervous because of how fragile the artwork was. They did such a great job and took such good care of my items. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very disgusted in the treatment that I received at this store. From the moment I parked with a heavy box. There was a male employee outside who wouldn't even dare open the door for me as my sister and I struggled with a heavy box. As we walked in the store we were greeted with a "what do we have here." This was the exact verbiage used to greet us. I tell the two individuals at the counter what I needed and proceeded with getting a label printed for my return. As we're waiting for the label to be printed another woman of a different race enters and is greeted completely different. She was greeted with "Hello, welcome in, what can I help you with." I hate to believe that we were treated different because of race but it was clear as day. The gentleman who helped me was nice and pleasant at the end but I still was disappointed with the initial treatment.

Simple return of merchandise to Amazon ended up in a big conversation about “ I own 3 ups store - we just waste our time doing these half hr Amazon returns and our store doesn’t make any money. I am the owner and I have to be here working , I cannot find good help . “ I have visited this store for abt the last two years on a weekly basis and never have I encountered such condescending, rude behavior. I am not at all shocked that you cannot find anyone to work for you with such a nasty attitude. Poor representation of the UPS brand . I will definitely take my business elsewhere - thank you
