The staff was very helpful and nice. I would have rated this higher but their system was down. We went through all the trouble to do everything digitally while we were there and then our card wouldn't go through because they were having issues with their system. Then we had to fill out an old-style paper sheet and put our card information on that so they can run it later. The total time to weigh and pay was almost an hour....

I waited from 5pm until 9:49 pm at home to find out my delivery was rescheduled by driver for Monday. No call or text and customer service was useless. I miss my son football game waiting at home for Poor customer service.

I was expecting a package. They left an EMPTY couldn't deliver note on my door 8/31. I contacted the 3rd world answering service to advise I work during the day and to have them deliver after 5pm. The next day I received another Blank note. We had to go to the facility to pick it up. Brianna at the local facility said the driver was coming back and after over 2 hours he was there while we were at the facility. John at the facility said there was no apt number on the package. It's listed TWICE. Now I understand why the Useless Parcel Service gets bad reviews.

Absolutely horrible customer service from supervisor Josh.Delivery driver has reduced to drive down my dirt road. Road is graded smooth. No hills, no sugar sand nothing to get stuck or damage a vehicle. Ups cooperate says there is no reason why drivers can’t deliver to my house. But every time I get a delivery it is held at the customer center. When I went to speak to a supervisor this guy josh proceeded to argue with me. He was very unprofessional and rude. They never accept phone calls at this location on the local number. You get a constant busy signal every day all day. This supervisor josh is the epitome of incompetence. Cooperate ups doesn’t care. When I called them they said a supervisor would contact me within 24hrs. That never happened.

I missed my delivery today and UPS were super friendly and arranged for me to pick up my package immediately. Instead of waiting another few days. Very good customer service, very helpful. Thanks

My to and from addresses were entered incorrectly. I spent several hundred dollars in shipping of 6 boxes. EVERY box arrived damaged with broken items. I went back to ups to ask why this happened and what i could do to help. I was told to write fragile on all 6 sides of each of my 4 remaining boxes I sent that day. I did so. Took forever. Yes, you guessed it? ALL 4 boxes arrived smashed with broken items. So thats it for me with UPS. They are not even a fraction of tge company tgey use to be. For any claim each item broken has to have a minimum 7 photos taken. Excessive. Then broken items must be retained in case UPS wants to inspect them.Too bad now we out lots of money for shipping, broken personal items, and no recourse on UPS horrible, really, really, really bad services. Buyer beware! For us, bye bye UPS.

I work at a store at the corner of Granada and 41 and our UPS delivery driver “Nick” is simply amazing. For years and years he has been the most professional, efficient, and dependable, and trustworthy delivery guy with a smile. Thank you Nick!

Very trash and worse customer service ever they keep saying your adress is wrong when it’s not wrong that is the second time they did this to me they ruin my birthday now they are ruining my graduation UPS is the worse company

EditDescription of complaint:On April 4th my wife contacted the UPS store #1856 in Lexington MA to inquire about the cost of shipping a Villeroy and Boch Basket weave dinner service for 8 and was told approximately $400.00. Her sister took the dinner ware to the store on 4/9 to pack and ship. They charged her over $1100.00 including $70,00 for insurance. Shipment arrived in Naples Florida on 4/10 consisting of three boxes with a total weight of 29 pounds. Tracking # 1ZXA44390372032414. One 7" saucer was broken so we contacted the store to file a claim per UPS instructions. They required numerous pictures of the item as well as pictures of the shipping label. We were told we would receive a check in 7 to 10 days. Two weeks latter we called again and were told the claim had to be refiled. We have called twice more and do not even get a call back. Contacted UPS customer service to talk to a representative but the robot could not understand the tracking number so disconnected me. UPS customer service is so difficult to navigate that one just gives up. Next time I will use Fed EX.Desired settlement:Refund

I have never experienced any problems at the Commercial Blvd UPS center. I must be going at the right time because I never see any other customers. John was very helpful and friendly explaining that some customers are just plain rude, but he still tries to help. I can't believe there are that many nasty people out there.John and I both thought the only ones to post anything are the people that just can't be nice to others, so perhaps they are just getting what they deserve.Try being nice to others!
