I went today to leave a package as I do it weekly and a new employee told me as it was for USPS I had to leave it in a basket at the entrance. I asked the other guy who is the one always receives my deliveries, (and never asks me to leave it in the basket) and he started arguing with me, saying I “don’t get it” and treating me like a have some mental disability. I told him he was probably having a bad day as he had an argument with another lady who told him he was disrespectful, to what he responded “he appreciates her opinion” and he “had the right to refuse her deliveries” very sarcastically. After some back and forth, he asked me to go back to my country and called me Mexican. I came back later to pick up my package as I don’t trust them, and he was gone but the manager was there. After apologizing and agreeing his attitude was inappropriate, she said “Terry was one of his best employees, he was probably having a bad day, and she wasn’t sure if he was coming back”. Of course I will never do business again with that store. The manager should never justify a racist and expect him to continue working with them.

Thierry's Top-Notch Service!
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Thierry at my local UPS store, and I must say, it was the best experience I've ever had with UPS. Thierry's professionalism, speed, and knowledge were outstanding. His positive attitude and efficient service made the whole process smooth and pleasant. If anyone deserves a raise, it's Thierry! Highly recommend his services.

Really disgusting customer service from the Owner (white British lady). She picks and chooses who she charges extra money to “tape boxes” that you came in with. A white girl came in in front of me, returned three items in three boxes. She didn’t get charged a fee to “tape her open boxes”. When I got to the other employee, the Owner interjected and said “it’s $2 to retape boxes, and $4 for big boxes”. Never do business here. There are several other UPS stores in the area- give them your business and not this racist lady. I’m going to report her to the BBB.

Walked in to return an Amazon package. Was told they couldn't take the box it came in, so I told Dan I'd take it out of the box and asked if there was a place he could toss the cardboard.
Dan proceeds to tell me it's not in his job description to throw away other people's trash and that he gets 200 packages a day.
Apparently, he was surprised when he was confronted about his attitude and began pretending that he didn't do anything. As deserved, he was promptly cussed out for his behavior and I took my package somewhere else.
Hopefully management figures out this dude is toxic and gets rid of him.

I dropped off a small box forgot to tape it, nasty lady at the front desk said we don’t tape for free. Yet three people in front of me with bigger boxes got their boxes taped and weren’t charged.

A nice young gentleman helped me grab the packages and tape them from my car as I was disabled and only had one arm very helpful. Very thankful for his help.

Took my package to be shipped. They said can't ship any more today. Wouldn't take my box. What is the point of your store if not to ship boxes? If you can't take it today send it tomorrow its not rocket science Mr. Manager. Avoid this location.

The young man, employee # 166495 made visiting this store such a pleasure! He was cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful. Every store should have employees just like him, or perhaps he should be giving customer service workshops!

Still waiting outside for their 7:30 opening. It is 8:38 now and no lights on yet. I know this store is extremely understaffed but they should update their hours accordingly.

Their sign says print service anytime ......they advertise like this is a great option for a busy business however when they are busy they can't be bothered. Either their printer is down or they don't have laminating sheets however they are lying to your face because when you go back later in the day it's like magic they can begrudgingly help you though they still are not happy about it

WORST SERVICE EVER, GUY JUST TOLD EVERYONE IN LINE TO F OFF AND GET OUT BY 2PM
