Took my package to be shipped. They said can't ship any more today. Wouldn't take my box. What is the point of your store if not to ship boxes? If you can't take it today send it tomorrow its not rocket science Mr. Manager. Avoid this location.

The young man, employee # 166495 made visiting this store such a pleasure! He was cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful. Every store should have employees just like him, or perhaps he should be giving customer service workshops!

Still waiting outside for their 7:30 opening. It is 8:38 now and no lights on yet. I know this store is extremely understaffed but they should update their hours accordingly.

Their sign says print service anytime ......they advertise like this is a great option for a busy business however when they are busy they can't be bothered. Either their printer is down or they don't have laminating sheets however they are lying to your face because when you go back later in the day it's like magic they can begrudgingly help you though they still are not happy about it

When I arrived there was a long line of returns, as usual. I stood there and watched the young man behind the counter ( Saif ) and how professional and helpful he was to each customer that he waited on . Some had the wrong return codes , some spoke broken English and others elderly . With each customer he handled them gently , kindly and never made any of them feel like a burden . I told him “I see you , I see how kind you are and thank you for being a good human “ .

Richie is a great employee, very knowledgeable. Got me in and out quick. Thank you! I rarely visit a FedEx or UPS store, but I feel confident in knowing this is the store I'd go to if I ever need to make any type of return or shipment.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Useless and rude is an understatement for the service I received from the owner - Lorraine!My car was is hit while I was a customer at their location, and all I needed her to do was to just look into the camera footage and provide me with a short video. I know exactly the time I was there at, so it would have not taken a lot of her time, to do so!The women who hit my car was also a customer there and she went inside the store right after I had left, and she confessed of what she did. That I was made aware of, by one of the employees there. Unfortunately for me - the women who hit my car didn’t leave her information so I needed the store to help me and they didn’t. The owner was very rude on the phone and didn’t want to help me with that issue and I don’t think that’s how you should treat your customers ever!

Horrible location! They constantly overcharge big time for usps services! It’s really bad! The service is terrible and the customers are rude to each other too! I’m never going back!

The WORST! Got 1 star because I had to give at least 1 star in order to leave a review. I needed some medication sent to me while on vacation. I needed it asap and my son was told I would have it on Tuesday for the crazy price of $70. Never made it to my location until Thursday and I was already back on the road home. When I went in to inquire of a refund I was told I needed to speak to the owner who wasn't in at the time. I was given the phone number and have called 2 to 3 times a day for the last 3 days and gave my number to have her call me, and to no avail. She hasn't even bothered to call me back or take my call. The young lady that answers the phone is short tempered and not helpful. I recommend using the UPS store in Vineyards Plaza....Everyone is way more helpful and pleasant, it's worth the drive.Her response below is simply not true. She is assuming this is what happened because of course her employee told her he followed protocol. (He needs his job) If we were told of an overnight option we would have paid the extra price, my husband needed his medication. She told my son he was LYING when he told her no other option was given. She argued with me over the phone for almost 15 minutes and there was no effort to satisfy her customer in any way. I would have been satisfied with a simple apology but seriously, she was adamant about being right. Not good business practice.
