Most employees are generous and have good customer service. One always seem to be having a bad day. A smile wouldn't hurt. Making their customers feel welcome doesn't seem to be their strong suit.

I was treated terribly by an employee at this store. She has blonde curly hair and may be a manager. She nearly refused my Amazon return, gave me an attitude, and told me to drop my box off in the pile of returns that the employees are supposed to take and manage. She quite literally said to me, “now take it and put it over there, if it get there it gets there, if it don’t it don’t, it’s your problem”. The exact words that came out of her mouth. I was baffled and could not believe the audacity this worker had because she is clearly overworked and hates her job. This was after I had stood in line for 30 minutes carrying my heavy Amazon return. I was not greeted or thanked for my patience. Just a “Next”, followed by her clear annoyance by my presence with her attitude and unwilling to accept my return that was boxed, per Amazon instructions. No one deserves to be treated like that. I sincerely hope this woman gets fired because her attitude is simply unacceptable. And frankly, if you check your Google and Yelp reviews there are several other people who have complained about the same lady, all noting the lady with blonde curly hair. It is a shame that this ups store is the closest one to me and that I will have to continue going there for returns. I clearly never want to see her again but unfortunately probably will.

I don't think they like me very much. They charge me $5 to tape a box and a label. A lady came by her box was open, and you know what, she didn't even get charge. I have been returning packages there for month I have never been once charge for tape.

I would not recommend this store. Take your packages to another location. I was in line with a large box and QR code for Amazon, I thought they were going to package so I didn’t tape before I arrived (it was boxed). The employee said THE OWNER said he was not going to pay for THEIR tape. I didn’t have my purse so the employee made me leave with the package . Literally, all it needed was one piece of tape. Zero customer service! The owner needs to remember that the customers that support his store pay his salary. What a terrible way to talk to a customer!

I had a terrible experience at the UPS store. I'm so disappointed that I cannot even give them a rating of zero stars. Unfortunately, I've noticed that many others have also complained about the same person - the manager with curly blonde hair. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. If you have the option to go to a different UPS store, I highly recommend doing so.

I drove all this way on a Saturday and got there at 2:25, as I was coming in from a customer coming out of the store, a blonde curly hair older lady employee closes the door in my face with no respect. I tell her that in their door it says their hours are until 2:30 p.m. and all she says is “yeap” as she proceeds to grab the door from me to close it. No respect for people who trust their business hours. Should I call this person, whoever she is, and ask at what time she feels like closing for the day next time?

Omar. He is a blessing to have in our local UPS Store. He handles the customers with a pleasant attitude, professionalism and courtesy. Omar reminds me of how people used to treat each other when respecting the customer was the standard. Thanks for taking good care of us in East Naples Omar!

Paula is by far the best manager I've seen. I came in and right away I could tell her passion for her job. She was more than willing to help with my package and I needed papers copied. I'll definitely start using this ups now that she's manager
