I've lived here 25 years and every time a package has to get delivered to my home they don't bring it to the door they just put a note in the mailbox. You can't even reach the local post office by phone and the 800 number is impossible to get a hold of someone!!

Abysmally slow service. Horribly understaffed. If you ever need the customer service manager she is only available before 11am. Literally does not do her job from 11am to close. This location is a comedy of errors.

A couple ladies don’t think they have to give their names when asked, and try to not serve when someone has a camera. Must not understand they are public employees.

I go to drop packages off and they tell me “that’s too many, go to the dock in the back”. A week later I drop packages off at the dock and they start shrieking; “EXCUSE ME! You can’t be here! Drop them off in the front!” This made up policy changes weekly and they’re always as snotty about it as possible.
Will you losers PLEASE pick a policy and stick to it???

Just stopped at post office to drop something off. Busy Monday morning with a big line, but it was moving fast and efficient. Miguel and Krissy who were at the counters are very kind and helpful. Thank you so much for that
