This post office should be investigated. Maybe it’s time to call the Attorney General.
I tried to put a claim in and it wouldn’t accept my claim how does that work.

I’ve had multiple packages that were marked as delivered but i never received. When I go to ask about them I have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told if it says delivered it was delivered without looking into anything! If I could give zero stars I would!
