This is a carrier annex, as in this is where carriers go to work. This isn't a usps store. If you get a pink slip in your mailbox for a letter or package you can go there to pick them up or an oversized package etc. Also you can drop off prepaid packages.

I needed to drop off a prepaid box of max importance. I got to this place at 2:50PM. Rang the bell at least 5 times, I could hear people talking, I could hear the bell. I said “I understand it’s closing time and I just need to drop off a prepaid box. Nothing time consuming, please help me out” and nothing.

This post office should be investigated. Maybe it’s time to call the Attorney General.
I tried to put a claim in and it wouldn’t accept my claim how does that work.
