Parking is an "experience". When I walked in to pick up a package, there were so many signs posted all over the walls of the entryway, it took some looking to figure out how to get some help. I finally found a button to push for assistance. At least I got my package.

This is has to be the slowest business in America. If there are 2 people in line in front of you expect to wait a half hour. It doesn't make sense
