Customer service at this store was easy peasy due to customer service expertise of Emily. First time I did not need to pinch myself and take deep breaths in a phone store. The process may be streamlined my last new phone but Emily’s efficiency made it painless.

I went to the store couple weeks days ago and I made it clear to Jonathan. that, I wanted a plan within the same price range. I had Metro at the time and I needed better services and connection. He made it clear that, my monthly payment will be about the same and now I received a bill for about $400 something dollars and my bill is 3 x what I used to pay. That's dishonest. I wouldn't mind paying more for better services and connection, however, I dislike been lie too. I had things added to my plan that, I didn't request. I understand we have to make a living, however, it doesn't required being dishonest and preying on customer. honestly, I believe his commission was more important than offer exceptional customer services.
