I felt like I was treated like an idiot. We pay a lot of money for the Verizon Business Account. He took a phone call while waiting on me. He said his name was Yoyo. Previously, I have dealt with Eddie and Marianne. They were excellent. I am so disgusted being treated like I was stupid. If I have to go back there I will wait for someone else other than Yoyo.

They promised us a specific promotion and after signing up and getting the new phones, our bill was well over what was promised. After talking to them, they were no help and tried to tell us to call Verizon online which then told us we can only have this resolved in store. Ronny, Danny and the manager did not help us and kept telling us to come back at a later date. We were then promised compensation and never received that either. Horrible!!

Awful experience. We had switched from AT&T because we thought we were switching in our iPhone 12’s for the new iPhone 15 pros for $1000 each phone as promised. After being told we were on this promotion and we’d only be paying $175 a month, we were told that we didn’t get put on the promotion and were now paying $100 more than that for 3 years straight which is about $4000 extra. The Verizon workers told us it was their fault and that they’ll try to get us some credit back but never answered after that. We’ve had to come to the store over 4 times in the few weeks we’ve been with Verizon and after being promised for some type of compensation, we received nothing.

I would give zero stars if I could, unorganized and dishonest staff. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. They stole my phone I traded in and said I never turned it in, I tried to get the police involved but I need proof of receipt which they told me I could not get in store and that it would be sent via email but that never happened. They have done nothing to rectify the issue. I have exhausted all avenues and currently waiting for police report to be sent.

Total rip. I watched the commercials where the actors are singing a new iPhone on us. Implies “free of charge”. Not so fast.Greeted friendly and nice office. I then discovered you can get a “new iPhone on us” except:1) You need to transfer your line ($35)2) You pay full taxes and fees on the price of “your” new phone ($95)3) Your new phone is actually leased from Verizon for three years, early termination prorates the cost of the “free phone”4) Your are automatically enrolled in an insurance plan (hidden in the details of the contract) at a cost of $60 per month. When you try to cancel it, you will go through hell with the insurance company and Verizon. Be patient. You will need it.Thank you Verizon. 30 years of customer loyalty: useless.

Amazing experience! Angel was great at checking us in, Ron was super tentative and Gabe was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us. Highly recommend! Make an appointment if you can as the wait might be long but worth it

Greeted promptly. Very friendly staff. Danny was especially helpful trying to fix my “complicated” issue. The night before, I spent 5 hours on the phone with 3 separate Verizon techs and still couldn’t resolve the problem. Went to the store where Danny tried too but ultimately I just got another phone. Thanks for the great customer service! BTW-love the Christmas tree! ?

Honesty, I put off on getting a new phone for at least 3 years given previous negative experiences. This was a whole new experience. Nothing negative to say. Gabe helped make it a seamless. And, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and eager to please in addition to recognizing that you were there. Thank you, Ron.

I stopped in and met Danny asking about pricing for a new iPhone. He gave me some feedback and I returned with my husband to get the details and a new iPhone. All went smoothly and efficiently.
