had shopped at Vince a few times and had the opportunity to meet Helen Barlow.
When my Mom mentioned that she was looking for a quaint store with customer service, I knew just where to bring her.
Upon entering the store, Helen greeted us at 10am with a smile and she was ready to help my Mom. They selected several outfits that my Mom could mix and match during her time in Naples.
I have since brought my Mom back to work with Helen on several occasions and every time she greets us with her excellent customer service. She remembers our names, she knows exactly what my Mom loves and is always so patient with her.
My Mom has lived in Naples for eighteen years and we have lived in Naples for five years. We have never had this kind of customer service, kindness and professionalism in any store that we have shopped in.
We truly appreciate Helen’s continued service, friendly attitude and sense of style!
We will certainly be back to shop soon and look forward to another spectacular experience.
