The nite time pharmacy staff are rude and unprofessional or caring. I was sent their from another Walgreens to get my daughter's sleeping medicine. they told me they have the 100 200 and 300 mg medicine. but not the 150mg they told me they have to order it . I ask them if rhey could give me a lower dose or break the 300mg in half they said no . how ignorant can they be. so no other Walgreens have it . they don't care about people when they need their medicine. or try at all to accommodate a customer. Aful service.

I told her I'd do a review a few weeks ago, so here it is. The pharmacist's name, I think is Allie. She's awesome. I showed up 10 mins prior to 9pm closing, paid & started to drive off, when I realized the generic brand they gave me was one I had a bad experience with. I backed up to the window, asked if she had the brand I usually get, and she switched em out on the spot. Idk, to me this is huge, I've had the worst luck with pharms.
Thank you!

They are closed many days due to water leak and or staffing, I still visit Publix to ask for help on discounts and they help me while my insurance has some fraudulent deal to make me use Walgreens. There is hope just go to your old pharmacy for help they are usually better. Then back to Walgreens and let them know how to get it done right helping people as they should. It seems many employees want to help but have gag orders on.

I had an appointment for vaccinations and they took a walk in and a guy who had an appointment 20 minutes after me. No organization here go to another store if you don't have time to wait an extra hour for a scheduled appointment.

This is more specifically for the pharmacy and probably the pharmacist. I arrived at the window exactly at 21:00 hrs and they were leaving for the evening. The young lady with the lab coat took the extra time to see what I needed and took care of me. I am a 32 yr active duty military veteran and this is what service look like! Thank-you for your service!

Do not buy the vanilla gift cards. We have a family friend who wanted to stay in a hotel for two days. He’s a veteran with PSTD. He went to the hotel and he had cash. The clerk said no we need a card. And we had asked if we could get a gift card and she said yes that would be fine. We went to Walgreens and purchased a gift card for $300. Keep in mind $300 to him is like $3000 to us. He went back to the clerk and gave her the unopened card. She opened it in the last four digits of the card number was scratched off. The card did not work. She said you will have to go get a new one. He went to Walgreens and they did not do anything. They said he would have to call the one 800 number on the back. So we gave him $300 to purchase another one. Why in the world do they carry such a card. If you look on the Better Business Bureau and you look online. Evidently this happens all the time and it’s internal company fraud. So many people lose money receiving in purchasing these cards. If you notice a lot of times online, they just throw the cards away. Can you imagine how much money is being wasted. Why Walgreens why in the heck are you carrying these cards? This man fall for your company and you just turning my way. There’s nothing he can do. He doesn’t even have a telephone. Shame on you.

2 scheduled appointments, standing at the Covid Vaccine Check In Window for 27 minutes, was walked by, smiled at by Pharmacy staff 5 times. But they attended 5 people that arrived after me. Very dissapointing. I got a, " we do things as quickly as we can"...Umm no you saw us there and assisted people..what a joke.

Don't count on Walgreen's to be open when they say they're gonna be open. Waited 15 minutes outside the door for somebody to open. Seems like poor management. I'll try another Walgreen somewhere else that's run better. Or CVS Update it took 28 minutes for them to open the door. What a joke

Received medication with dedication. That's rhymes. In any case after squeezing my truck through a narrow entrance to the drive up window. The second lane has been closed for a long time and probably should be taken out to widen the space. However , we arrived at the window and I gave Jason my wife info and our address etc.. It was a seamless transaction! I served in the military for 32 active years also medical. I know great customer service and Jason has it!

Maria (no name tag on, by the way) was so slow just walking to help us, uninterested, mumbled and talked so low I could barely hear her. She had the 'I hate being here, and I hate you' look.

Very well stocked. The pharmacy has some issues and so does the customer service. Pharmacy doesn't seem to care about their customers so they will have you wait in line forever as they get organized. Not the best experience.
