may be a 0 star is appropriate but is not an option, upper management needs to do some quality control on the staff if you call around 7 to 8 forget it no one answer the phone for a simple question people there very rude and lack of customer service sorry but they need to do better I would it go elsewhere but my insurance only covers walgreens

The problem that Walgreens have is that they put you on hold for a long time.and when the phone rings they just pick it up don't answer you and put you on hold again they put me on hold for more then 10 times.....😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible location workers are total garbage. They are all incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never going to this location again wouldn’t recommend.

Wish I could leave a zero star. Matt , the pharmacist was so rude on the phone when I had a simple question. Plus being on hold for 14 minutes , just to be spoken to in a very unprofessional manner. Matt, needs to be reported to the Florida department of health for pharmacist.

every time you call the pharmacy they pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold without saying a word, not even a “please hold”; while writing this review i’ve been on the phone for 21 minutes, have been taken off and put back on hold 12 different times. so much for customer service

I don't know about anything else there but the pharmacy is just plain awful. The general lack of respect I can take, but the terrible job I will not.
I think they need to be drug tested. Maybe dipping into the supply? Just does not seem right there. I switched stores after the about the fourth time of having to come back even after they said the prescription was ready. And don't wait for them to call as they don't and neither do they text so don't bother with that either.

Store had no staffing at all one cashier Instock was not the best but i was able to manage and find the product i was looking for
