This is my Walgreens. I am in here few times every month. I always get good service. There is a line for the pharmacy sometimes and sometimes not. I like the coupons and how clean they keep the store. The cashier's and pharm techs are nice to me

Pharmacist would not fill my prescription because of whatever moral high ground he feels entitled to. My doctor is who is in charge of my care. Only job is to fill the prescription. He’s not a doctor. Do YOUR Job. Do not recommend this pharmacy. Period.

Inconsiderate staff. They received my prescription from CVS at 10:40am, I drive across the street to them, since my insurance is linked with Walgreens, and drive up to the window at around 10:45am. The staff tells me they don’t have my prescription, I asked them if they could call because it’s already been sent, and they say no. I then go park and call CVS leaving them a message. I wait 15 min and go back around the window, they tell me they still don’t have it. God send, CVS calls me right there and then and tells me while they can hear me that the prescription has been sent a while ago. Then they look again and say oh yea we have but you’ll have to wait an hour. I tell them I’m not feeling well, and I’m right here on the drive through please just fill it, they say no but maybe in 30 min. I go inside, I wait another 10min and ask for an update and again I’m told 30 min because they just got the prescription 1 min ago. I said that’s impossible, you’ve had the prescription said 10:40am, they said well you have to wait another 30 minutes on top of how long I already had waited. Incredible inconsiderate staff. They don’t admit when they drop the ball, instead they lie to cover their butt. The right thing to do would have been to admit they dropped the ball and made it right. I won’t be going back and I went home sick with no medicine. Do better!

I wish there would be zero stars for this place because it truly was THE WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. Made an appointment for a Covid and Flu test online and when I got to the store after waiting for 20 minutes which I actually did not mind they kept passing my information around and telling me I needed to pay which I was already aware and for that reason I already had my credit card out I also didn’t mind having to pay the $25. The only thing I wanted was for a trained “doctor” to do it for me. The lady at the cashier kept telling the others she had never done a test and didn’t know how to do it and that the doctor had to do it. This went on for about 15 minutes and I just waited calmly. After finally understanding that I didn’t mind paying and they took my card and processed my payment I went and sat in the room just for the girl who initially said she didn’t know how to do it came in and told me I had to do it myself. Why in the world would I pay $25 to get a test done myself when I can just buy it and do it at home? The whole point was to get a professional that knew what it was doing? I just got scammed out of $25 which is not a big deal but honestly what the hell Walgreens? This was a total joke? And you better believe you will NEVER get any business from me! AWFUL ALL AROUND!

People at this place if you have medication to be filled or drop off you can forget this pharmacy. They are the worse of all pharmacy. They don't answer your calls, they put you on hold for life time. This is one of the laziest staffs in a pharmacy. It could be like 4 or 5 people working and they are slower than 3 or 4 people working in another pharmacy. This pharmacy needs new staffs because these are slower than people who are walking down the street.

Just visited this location for the first time and found everyone to be very polite and helpful. We were here for a Covid-19 booster and were treated excellent with respect, they were quick and safe. We will be back!

Very rude pharmacists. Medication always out of stock and backordered. When it finally comes in a week later they wont dispense it because they dont think you need it since you didnt pick it up a week ago when it was “ordered” but out of stock. Makes no sense. This system is horrible and the pharmacists are cruel.

Poor service over 90 cents. Price was incorrect on a shelved item. I immediately told the cashier as she was tendering my sale. She smiled and nodded. Price was not changed according to my receipt. Manager Mr. B was no help. He checked his hand scanner and even wanted to go back on the floor where the item was located. Wow. 90 cents. I asked for a refund and went across the street to CVS

Do not use the Pharmacy at the Collier and 41! They do not pick up their phone for doctors to call in prescriptions goes to a voice mail where no one retrieves the messages! Went there three times to pick up a prescription and was told doctor did not call in a script! Also had an issue with a drug not in stock in any Walgreens in Naples. Cashier told meTo try CVS! Horrible management and customer service.

called themmultiple days in a row because they were only pharmacy that had prescription for my dog in area and was on gold for 2 hours, 50 minutes and every time I called there were more then three calipers and never got to talk to real person. so had to drive an hour to a different pharmacy. its the worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever saw and I'm a travel nurse been to a lot of places this is the worst.

This store has a dysfunctional pharmacy department. The staff is rude and uninterested in their customers.
