WORST pharmacy in the area!!! Anytime I call I'm put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. I was on hold for over an hour today (1 hour and 20 minutes) and they hung up on me.... WORST PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it's busier down here now the snowbirds are back but what the actual F&CK!!! Hire more people!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. They never answer the phone and when they do they always hang up on you. You litterally have to drive out if your way to go ask your question. Very unprofessional. They told me I could pick up my prescription on the 24 well it's the 24 and we're is my medication

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and WOW where do I even begin. First I have noticed a huge overturn in staff as if this management team is not able to keep employees. By the time I get familiar with someone they are gone. Number 2 the pharmacy is overworked and understaffed. Number 3 the most MISERABLE woman named I believe Christie works here and is always so cold with ZERO customer service skills. I'm really not sure why she works in a place that clearly will entail good customer service. I ran into her in an aisle and had a question and she made it very clear with the distain look on her face that I was a bother to her. She needs to be behind a desk hiding, not in customer service. I am here regularly and she seems like she always has her period by the resting bitch face she always has on. I have also caught her speaking to the staff in a very cold and demeaning way. Christie exudes MISERY EVERY time I run into her. This place needs new management because there has been water leaking from the roof for a while and they have it being caught in aisles throughout the store instead of fixing it. This is NAPLES, and how embarrassing this store is for being in such a nice area. Corporate needs to assess the management team and they need a secret shopper so they can see how MISERABLE some of the staff is. If I owned this location I would be making changes immediately. They have a few nice gentlemen who work here named Yaher and Neiyamia and a wonderful lady named Claudia who is always so pleasant and thank God for them because CVS across the street is getting most of my business ever since my run in with the wretched low-spirited and joyless Christie. I hope she sees this review and changes her ways and I hope management sees this review and starts making changes and finds a way to keep staff instead of running them off. Oh and for the love of God please fix the leaking roof!!

Hooboy. Everything is grossly overpriced, unless you have their rewards card. At the register they hit you up to donate extra to a charity - so their business can get a write off. The cashier had her name badge obscured so it couldn't be read but it looked like Brenda or Breanna? She was way "over it". I asked how her day was going. She grumbled fine and didn't return the greeting. My total came to $9.62. I pulled out a ten and said I have two pennies. Her reply was "too late I already put it in." I guess she can't count back change. It was clearly a bad day for her.

Extremely busy pharmacy. They do not have enough staff. I waited almost an hour to pick up a script. They really need to hire more help.

The pharmacy staff needs to be replaced. They are chronically understaffed and what staff they do have are not very well trained. Today I signed up online for a 3:00pm flu shot. I was there at 2:55. There were three other people waiting as long as 45 minutes. The counter women would only shrug when I asked how far behind they were. Don't bother trying to call them. If they do answer after 20 minutes or so, they'll pass you around until you get hung up on. This place is a disaster. I can't imagine how they keep their license.

Pharmacy is terrible. They claimed my sons information was wrong with his insurance and after verifying that it was in fact correct with his insurance they had them (my insurance) on hold for over half an hour before hanging up. Also took my son to get his Covid shot and it took over an HOUR! I'm done dealing with them.

Circus Show. Lady at the 'minute clinic' playing on her phone when I'm asking question. Went for a rapid Covid test by the drive thru, they told me to park up front; parked10 minute later no one came. I went back in the store, the heavy lady with the pointy nose shouted 'OMG he's back'. Told her no came outside for the rapid test, Well go to the minute clinic and do it there. Full circle to my first sentence. Nothing but a ghetto circus show in that pharmacy. The only person that looked like she knew what she was doing was a young lady who was answering questions about a medication at the register.

Dear Walgreens, I'm not sure who the "magazine lady" who "doesn't work there" but is behind the photo counter is, but she was very rude. There on Monday August 30th around 1:00pm. I was there to simply drop off a fedex package which is normally done in the back of the store, and was rudely shood away by someone who supposedly didn't work there. This person was a poor reflection on the Walgreens company name and should be looked into. Thank you. Ps. The cashier was very sweet and took care of me with a smile and kindness.

Just stopped into this store to use the restroom because I had an extremely upset stomach. There was a woman cleaning who had put a sign up the the restroom were closed. I stopped in to explain my situation which I was embarrassed about and she had the audacity to not only be extremely rude but yell at me to "get out now" I have never been more mortified in my life. I will not set foot in this Walgreens again. I fill my prescriptions here regularly it will be switching to another pharmacy. Please have a talk with the woman about raising her voice at customers and how to treat people in general. That was ridiculous

Not only did this Walgreens have everything I need in a very organized and easy to manage store, but there was the NICEST cashier named Becca (shown on her name tag). She was such a sweetie, and right ahead there was a very difficult customer in front of us giving this girl grief, but she handled it so smoothly and was so sweet to us. She has such good customer service, and overall a good employee

I was in the drive thru with my bike honestly I am not going to die because they cannot do their job on social distances or watch the news about cova19 that killed 770+ people with the sickness and honestly they should go out of business and stay home if they are sick I honestly was only getting my mom her meds but they don't freakin care Even if they did have a childs with special needs That had a machine running for them for 24 hrs to stay alive this virus is much worse then a regular flu this one is unknown if I die my blood will be in their hand because just because they could just say hello welcome to Walgreens how may I help you and their sign is stupid anyways and they are always right but they arnt because it's education what tells you how to do your job not to be mean to you r clients and that's Walgreens fault for not being nice to a special needs that listen to the news and it saids right there to stay away if their sick and to stay home if you have the virus and not to spread it and never go to this Walgreens they take to long and I'll never go here again

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to. If you want to waste half your ilfe waiting for a prescription then you should go here. They are understaffed and honestly shame on the management for putting their employees in that situation.

After sitting in the ER for 3 1/2 hours kitty corner from this location, I rushed to this walgreen at 9:50pm. I was sure I would be able to have my Rx for antibiotics filled prior to their 10pm close time. The clerk took the prescription to the young female pharmacist who refused to fill it before closing. Another night in pain with fever and chills. I won't be returning here due to lack of empathy on the part of their staff.

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY. Pharmacy is so incompetent. Pharmacist could not find my prescription on record and I had to physically come in and show them on the Walgreens app that my prescription was in the system since they couldn't find it themselves. At pick up, it took them 15 minutes per person at the drive-through to deliver medicines. I waited over a half hour with only two people in front of me.
