Firstly, I would like to say that I love the main lead pharmacist who has been there forever. He is amazing. He is so caring and helpful and honestly the rock that is holding this place together. ♥️ The staff is helpful and friendly exceptfor I'm sure after a long day of being berated over things they cannot control. However, recently, over the past 4 to 8 months, the pharmacy has had issues filling prescriptions in a timely manner. I've had to wait 1 to 2 weeks for a refills and gone without my medication for days which is unacceptable. There's been stand in pharmacists that have been brought in and they've messed up my medications, they've even changed the prescription that was sent over from my prescriber, and they could care less. (The blonde one is the worst and could care less, everyone else picks up her slack and fixes her mistakes of switching quantities and all... it's bad) Not even an I'm sorry and I'll fix that immediately, not even eye contact while I'm there in tears because there's ingredients which i can not have that they have substituted in me! It's in my information and history! They show no remorse or compassion for what they are doing (the standins). If something doesn't change, somebody is going to have a major health issue due to them replacing prescriptions, that should not be changed. Somebody is gonna have a major health issue, because they are going to not be able to have their medications in a timely manner. I am not sure what is happening these days, but it breaks my heart, because the staff I do believe is trying. However, there may be a few that are messing things up Idon't know but management really needs to take a look. Because something is very wrong. My last four prescriptions have been at minimum 1-2 weeks overdue. This simply cannot continue to happen and can put people in the hospital. Please management pay attention to what your customers are saying.Because this used to be the best pharmacy in town. Someone needs to step in and figure out what is happening.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My son was prescribed Azithromycin for pneumonia. Before leaving the pediatrician’s office, I called the pharmacy and was told the medication would be ready in 15 minutes. To give them extra time, I waited an hour before going to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told by an employee (a young woman with curly hair) that the prescription wasn’t ready and she couldn’t give me a time frame—only that I should come inside and wait. Since my child had a fever, I asked for an estimated time so we wouldn’t have to wait unnecessarily, but she refused to provide one.
Later, my husband returned and had to wait again before receiving the medication, which was given to him without any instructions. When I called the pharmacy to ask how to administer it, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, then disconnected. On my second attempt, a staff member told me to give the wrong dosage (2 mL first, then 1 mL daily), even though my son’s pediatrician had prescribed 6 mL for 5 days.
This was a serious mistake that could have negatively impacted my child’s health. I am very disappointed in the level of service and lack of communication. Families should be able to trust their pharmacy for accuracy, especially when it involves children’s medications.

Get ready for a long wait times 20 to 30 minutes plus in the drive-through and a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes waiting in line after you’ve been text that your prescription is ready just to find out that it’s not ready and you need to come back later that day or wait on an additional 1520 minutes for them to fill it or come back another day so get ready to lose an hour I dread Red Red has never before going to the pharmacy

There’s always a long wait to pick up prescriptions at this Walgreens. It’s frustrating and time-consuming, especially when you’re not feeling well. They clearly don’t have enough staff to handle both the pharmacy counter and the drive-thru, which only adds to the delay of such a growing community. Management really needs to address the staffing issue—customers deserve better service.

Prescriptions usually not ready as promised resulting in wasted time traveling to and waiting in line.

staff are generally kind and friendly, well stocked and clean, my only issue with the store is the pharmacy, every time ive had the misfortune of having to pickup medication there, it has been a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes, today i went in for a single thing and managed to stand in line for 25 minutes with two people Infront of me waiting in line, there were two workers, one working the inside store and one drive threw, the inside one spent around 20 of those minutes with a single customer who then left empty handed, after the second person left and it was my turn, i spent another 3 or 4 minutes waiting because they couldn't find my medication.

The customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. They always put me on hold then hang up on me. It's even worse in person.
