Quite possibly the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Waited in line to ask if they carried a medication my regular pharmacy did not stock. Was told to stand to the side of the register, and someone would ask the pharmacist. I had just been to my doctor and was in terrible pain. After suffering through standing there 15 plus minutes, I went to sit down and wait for someone to simply let me know if that medication was something they carried. My doctor was with another patient, and their office asked me to check. They would send that prescription over if so.
Finally, the pharmacist called me to the counter. She said she had nothing in the system for me. I explained that I only needed to know if they had the medication in stock so my doctor could send the script. I was told, rather rudely, like I was doing something wrong, that she couldn't give me that information. The doctors office would have to call. Absolutely ridiculous, and I'm pretty confident they tell people all the time over the phone if they have a certain medicine.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Avoid this place, go to Publix...

Made appointment for vaccines and after checking in and waiting, we were told they were out of two of the three vaccines. What good is making an appointment? Walked to Publix and received all the vaccines we wanted. Never coming here again. Thank you Publix.

Made an appointment today at 5pm for my booster. Show up and they tell me they ran out of boosters. Not sure how they confirm an appointment and after I drive 30 minutes to get there they’re out. Poor customer service at this walgreens and not the first time to experience that at this pharmacy location. Worst experience at a walgreens each time here.

They are always understaffed. The drive through window is a nightmare. As soon as the car in front of you pulls away who’s ever is at the window runs away and then you wait and wait and……….

It's a Walgreens. They have walls, and some green items. If you want a quick drivethru, go to Starbucks next door.

This applies only to the Pharmacy. The drive-thru line is horrible, has been for months! You can expect long, long waits every time. Today, my husband and I were on line for twenty minutes. The first car never moved in all that time. We even tried calling to speak to a manager, and they switched us to the Pharmacy, and, of course, they never picked up. Four cars behind us just gave up and left. We eventually did the same. I called the manager again, upon leaving, and advised her that someone should go back there and check on the problem. Got a half-hearted response. Apparently, good customer service is not prescribed by management.

I have used many different pharmacies and this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had! The pharmacist Natalie goes above and beyond every time. She is very patient, understanding, and truly wants to help. I am so thankful I found third incredible pharmacy!

This Walgreens is the closest to my house. I either go there for last minute things or to pick up prescriptions when needed. The issue is always the same. They are always understaffed and lack training in customer service. Greetings are non-existent and never a sense of urgency.Walgreens was created to circumnavigate big grocery stores and retailers. It was supposed to help us save time. Never has that ever happened for me.

This place doesnt care for married gay men trying to buy cough medicine. My Husband of 16yrs and I tryed to buy cough medicine and the rude kid up front thought it was funny to Not sell Nyquil to us and the manager wasnt any better. But its ok I posted what happened All over social media on video . Enjoy laughing at that!!! I wanted to give 1/4th of a star.
