The pharmacy has good days and bad days but the new members are extremely good. Sabrina that has been here from our 8 yrs is absolutely the most caring and Best employee this company has. Even on a bad day she is smiling and helpful to all customers. The gentleman newest member pharmacist is another great example of how to run this area. Happy to have them all on board.

I usually go to the Walgreens at Collier and Immokalee. They are excellent for convenience purposes I went to the Walgreens at Vanderbilt Beach and 41. This is the worst Walgreens I've ever visited the pharmacist was rude to the point where she belittled me and my doctor. I would never go to this Walgreens again

The absolute worst pharmacy ever! Do whatever you can to find a different pharmacy to go to. Medications often delayed or mixed up. You can wait in line for half an hour + at the drive up window, only to get to the window and have them put a sign up in front of your face saying they are going to lunch. They don't care about you at all.

The pharmacist at this store does absolutely nothing to help you in any way at this store. I am a waitress and have not ever written a review of any sort about anything or anybody. I had to write something here because someone should no how bad she is. She is working with people and medication and if she doesn’t like her job or want to help people she should find another one. She gave me so much attitude and did nothing to help me figure out my situation. It would have taken her five minutes and an ounce of compassion yet she had either of these. I pray she moves on from her position and puts no one else in the same position she put me. I will NEVER back to that Walgreens even though the cashier at night is such a dear sweet women and brightens my night every time I go in there. I frequent your store at least once a day but I had such a bad experience you have lost my buisness.

I wish I could put -star. This is the worst pharmacy. I asked several times to cancel a prescription. They filled it again and tried to give it to me. I explained again to cancel it. He said it was all set and they called the next day and said I have a prescription ready. I went and big suprise it was the same medication they said they canceled. I actually had two prescriptions so I asked again to cancel it. They kid canceled the wrong one. Another staff came over and explained he canceled the wrong one and I would have to come back. I did not understand why i could not just have it andvthey take care of it on their end. I did not make the mistake. He knew quite well what one i wanted cancelled. She had it in her hands. She said i had to come back. So I asked if I could pick up my sisters prescription she said its ready but we have to go to lunch. So I'm in the drive thru trying not to loose it. Are these people for real?

Worse pharmacy to deal with. Never have the medications prescribed until 3 days after the script has been sent over from the doctors office. Very inconvenient to drive there to find out it’s not in no medication since they never answer the phone, waited on hold for 37 minutes to be disconnected. Girl at window very unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with, very rude and sarcastic. If it wasn’t for my insurance, I would never use this location.

tried picking up a westen union transfer.. WU said i needed my state ID and recpt number; Walgreens apparently wants
1.senders full name

3. where sender sent from
4. exact amount.
5. recpt (they apparently can't look up anything with just recpt number)
6. senders phone number
7. my phone number
8. my address
and after all that she said she couldnt find it and told me to goto Publix.

I called this Walgreens while on vacation to help me fill a prescription for my daughter and the service was excellent and AMAZING!! The pharmacy was able to fill my order within 30 minutes, I can't thank them enough for pretty much saving my vacation and making my daughters happy camper

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is phenomenal. They are patient and supportive and listen. Julie and her colleagues were nothing but kind to me helping me solve a problem. They always remember my face and I am new to the area. Grateful for the pharmacy staff at Airport pulling!! Thank you for all you do I know your role is not an easy one especially in an area with seasonal visitors. People often take out their stressors on hard-working kind individuals like you. I have been to this Walgreens twice and both times the workers have acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to ask a question of where something is. It will pain me to have to go again.

Nice ppl work here and are very patient. However I don't like this store due to its challenge of entering from the street. There's no easy entrance and exit Also they don't advertise their drive up window and you drive around hoping they have one around the back They need help. Staff is hustling now it's season. All you expect from a drug store but not so organized and could use restocking of makeup and other accessories They offer text to tell you when your prescription is ready but when I get here I wait for another Half hour while the guy finishes up the order
