By far, the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The store itself is like other Walgreens. But this pharmacy is not capable of answering the phones or filling a prescription with a 2 week head start. AVOID or prepare to be aggravated!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service at the pharmacy department. When I asked a simple question about the location of the store the staff member was unhelpful (couldn't answer) and didn't provide any answers. To make matters worse, she abruptly placed me on hold and then disconnected the call without any warning. The pharmacy technicians I encountered were not only rude, but they also seemed indifferent to my concerns, displaying a complete lack of helpfulness and competence.

I AM DONE WITH THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY LOCATION!! Yall suck after the new manager. I go in the day before the date to pick up my prescription a month ago. And they said they didn’t have it on file and ready for pickup. I am changing back to a different store to get my prescriptions! When it says the date to pick up YALL DONT PUT AWAY THE MEDICATION TILL THAT FREAKING DATE !!!!!! I used to work at Walgreens. I NEVER HEARD OF THAT!! I am switching pharmacies!!!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES drive thru and waiting in line!! Not just me but others to!!! WHY!! YALL ARE LOOSING COSTUMERS AND WILL FOREVER BE SHORT STAFFED. A lot of people including me need these medications every day!!! Don’t put it back early !!!!!!

I went 30 minutes before they closed as that was the only time I was available to go pick up my dogs prescription. They then told me it would be 10 minutes and when I came back for the prescription, they informed me that they would not be filling it for my dog. They ended up telling me it was for some random reason but then the next day I went to a different Walgreens where they were happy to fill it for my dog. My dog was in a crucial state and absolutely needed the medication that night but due to the lack of intelligence these Walgreens pharmacist had he had to suffer another right. I would highly recommend to not go to this specific pharmacy as they do not have your best interest.

Went in to deposit money into my chime account. They took 20 minutes looking at the money. Took in in the back of the store. Just to tell me they couldn't deposit the money into my account. I then went to my car and looked at every bill meticulously to see what was going on. Took me 1 minute in looking at them to know they are real, still wondering what the problem was.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. If my insurance covered me elsewhere I would be gone in a second. There is always mass confusion. They are always understaffed. You need about an hour out of your day to call them because that’s how long you’ll be waiting on the phone. Sometimes they even answer and hang up. That’s the best. I had a mandatory prescription I needed to take one time after a surgery that my doctor called in and they never called me when it was ready. They blamed me that I didn’t follow up. They are just completely unreliable and have no clue what they’re doing. If I could rate this a zero I would.

If there was anything less I could give I would. Coming to pick up my prescription became an hours long process. I get there and my order is not ready. I’m asked to wait 10/15 mins bc my order hasn’t even been pulled. I sit there for 45 mins before I ask if it’s finally ready only to find out it’s not and they need the pharmacist to review it who is now gone on a break! It was just a complete mess! Never going back again!

Olonso is the best!!!!
Due to a move and mail delivery mix up my 91 yr old dad needed his meds that were in transit. Olonso not only got the emergency scripts filled but found coupons that gave a BIG discount. My dad’s continued good health depended on those meds. Thank you Walgreens and Olonso.

Walgreens is my favorite pharmacy... friendly & helpful employees, knowledgeable pharmacists & variety of foods, toys & other products.
