Terrible store, no management, employees run wild. Had to go to self checkout in main grocery part of store since no workers were in garden department register to check me out. Employee reached around me to provide feedback on store register on how I would rate the store and my experience. She clicked on the highest approval rating which I would not have. I saw she was doing this for everyone checking out. Store is a joke, next time I'll be watching for her and give her an elbow to the face for her troubles.

What a joke clearly does paper said the following cards cannot be activated which was the $50 gift card from Apple. The cashier did not notify me that the Apple gift card was not activated. What is joke. I had talk to Walmart in person on the phone and they said the same thing we cannot help you contact Apple when I contact Apple. Apple said we can't help you contact Walmart now I've been on the phone for an hour and a freaking half with somebody from Walmart and they did not help me . The piece of paper clearly said that I would either get a credit back to my account which I did not.. I WOULD LIKE EITHER A NEW APPLE CARD OR A CREDIT. I HAD CALLED APPLE AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING.

Worst customer service ever. You walk in in the morning and the donuts are never ready. Not an issue if they are willing to prepare them for you. But God forbid you ask them to box some of the donuts that are on the racks. So instead of the dozen donuts, I grabbed the smaller boxes of six each since that is all they had. Here's the thing. You pay about $1.50 more. So I told them I wanted to pay the price of the box of a dozen since I'm still taking a dozen. They said they couldn't do that. I left all the donuts in the cart and walked out. I then called corporate. I'm not holding my breath about a callback. Or people just don't want to work nowadays. They're all standing around chitchatting.

I came in for a simple tire patch & wiper blades. I was quoted 40 minutes for my car to be done so I decided to wait & walk around. After an hour I come back to check on my car & they tell me another 30 minutes "maybe". 30 minutes later I go to check & see them just pulling my car in the bay only to tell me 5 minutes later that I need a new tire, which will add on yet another 30 minutes. Then when I complain the guy obviously could care less & just offers to give me my keys back without any repairs. Not even an apology for the terrible communication. I would have gotten picked up had I known I would be stuck here well over 2 hours. Vehicle was finally finished or so I thought, until I had to remind them about the wipers.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were buying some bikes and they made sure we had the right ones:)

No one answers the phone in the tire Center. In order to make an appointment I have to drive all the way down there to speak to someone like the old horse and carriage days to talk to someone face-to-face because they never answer the phone.

who in charge to edit the hours pick up online order ? waited over hour for pick up order no associate show up ...stored closed and the app still send me there for pick up ...

I went to get the new video game that released today. There were at least 7-10 copies in the case but they wouldn't sell to me because they're holding it for Black Friday which is 4 WEEKS away. If you're not going to sell it don't put it out. And if it was a mistake own up to it and sell the one copy and put the rest away. You shouldn't deny a sale.

It is a shame that this store is so unorganized. Looking for a car seat and nothing is where it should be, they have almost no car seats in stock, yet there are about 20 on display. 1/3 of the baby clothes I brought to the cashier had no tags... My daughter got harassed in the parking lot by a man selling pies. When we tried to let the door person know, she kept saying "okay" because she had no idea what I was telling her. I am really upset because this store is in a really good area...

Where to start? It seems all badly performing businesses blame covid for their bad reviews, but I don't buy it (no pun intended). When the hospitals jump on this bandwagon, I'm outta here. This store seems to forget to put up price labels. There are no working "price check" machines, so you're on your own. Twice now, I bought an item that was price labelled, but it rang up higher than stated. I was told the price increased but they haven't gotten around to changing the labels. Things are on the wrong shelf, so the price tag is for another item. Everything you want to buy starts a hunt for the matching bar code. The only two redeeming qualities this store has are: 1- I can walk here (it's that close and convenient) and 2 - most of the prices are good (if you can figure out what they are).
