Always forgetting stuff on my delivery orders and you can't get anyone to answer their phone. It's Tuesday morning, the 17th. 6 calls ringing for over 5 mins each with no one answering then after 3 mins someone answered because it stopped ringing but no one speaks. Then 5 seconds later after my hello ? Hola? They hang upJUST AWFUL!

Nightmare to get accurate delivery from this store. I will not renew Walmart+. It's not worth the hassle. No phone is ever answered. Delivery drivers are liars. Thank God for my cameras. And the drivers seem to forget they are being tracked by the customer. I never thought I would see the day when an India call center would help me more than the local store. Of course it takes a looooooong time to get an actual person , but the call center is really the only help you will get. To be fair I have had some Walmart employees try to help me with delivery issues but it comes down to the crap delivery people .

I went into Wally World for 2 things expecting the normal 'high quality' shopping experience associated with them of course. Instead of just shopping and leaving as I wanted, I turned a corner into an aisle and observed a person relieving themselves right there on the floor. Were talkin the duke, duece, hershey squirts, droppin a log, squeezin a steamer, parkin a custard, pinchin a loaf, this person was definetely tryin to stock the lake with some brown trout. I gazed in amazement when they reached to the shelf, grabbed some TP and proceeded to use it. I guess some people like to test drive before they buy? I found the nearest service phone and called in a code Brown. After 4 hours a manager came, saw what happened and upon picking up a log they did perform the sniff test. Yup, confirmed.

It is actually baffling that this Walmart is able to function as a business. Nothing ever seems to be working properly, the checkout lines take about 4-5 business days. Outside the pickup orders i would recommend staying far away. this place needs some serious help. After shopping at this place you need a drink and that's another thing they don't have is a Walmart liquor. SMH...

Horrible they are understaffed and never pick up the phone. When you do finally get in touch with an employee they are very little help. Don't go here...

Terrible line-ups - ridiculous. 19 min purchase and 45 min line-up. People walking out without paying .. no security in place!!! Staff don't speak English - no idea of where anything is?? Rate this the worst store.

Absolutely HATE coming here to do a pickup but it's the only one around. They NEVER answer the phone, always out of ordered items and the crew moves like molasses. God forbid you get your order under 10 minutes

I have shopped at this Walmart since it opened. I have noticed the customer service has steadily declined. It started out as a caring store but time has changed it. It used to have adequate cashiers and good service. It switched to self service and reduced full service to 1-2 cashiers. The lines were always long as many people preferred this choice. I was extremely dissappointed to see it has been re-configured to almost entirely self check out. I quess it does not matter what the customer wants, but what big business wants. If you won't provide customer service, how about a 20% discount for us doing your job! Fortunately, there is another Walmart in North Naples that I am switching to. They still provide multible cashiers as well as self service. It is a little farther away but will be worth the drive for the service. I wo0n't be back to this store.

Placed food delivery order Collier Blvd, Naples, Florida store for 89 yr old Mother. Got confirmation. 24 hours later, after being on hold for 25-30 mins at a time, numerous emails, calls directly to store (on hold again for 30mins each time ) NO DELIVERY! Finally spoke with worker who stated she would escalate to GM to resolve and I'd get call back. In 48 hours NEVER heard from anyone as elderly mother who lives alone sits with no food. What started as kind gesture from daughter in Texas turned into nightmare. Bottom line, it's not whether you have problem, but how you respond. In this instance, Walmart failed miserably!! NEVER AGAIN.
