My doctor prescribed tramadol after multiple fractures and a torn bicep. My doctor discussed all of the potential problems with me, drug interactions etc. I had taken it years ago. But the pharmacist called me, arrogantly demanding to speak to my doctor, treating us both like we were abusing this script. All this from someone who never met me, and knew nothing about my medical history or conversations with my orthopedist and lead doctor. This was after they lost the first fax from the doctor. So the result was a 5 day delay when I finally got the dose my competent doctor originally prescribed, and I could have been healing better with sleep. This location is more intent on classifying you as a drug abuser than helping you heal.

Richard and Bernice were very friendly and helpful. Got my fathers filled quickly! It was was refreshing to have good and friendly people in the workplace

Horrible experience.Called to ask if my mother's prescription was ready, made it there and it wasn't. Was told to wait 15 to 30 minutes. came back, still wasn't ready. Why? I guess pharmacy helpers were to busy on their phones. I had my mother waiting in the car as we just got out of the hospital. But of course why do they care. Never coming back again.This place used to be so nice before, now is filled with laziness.

Horrible service. I call to inquire if my prescription can be dropped off and they always have a different non-helpful answer. If someone is sick and trying to avoid coming in during Covid they should be able to tell you - yes, you can drop off, no, you can in 3 days or something of the sort. NOT come in and waste your time asking us in person just so we can turn you away with another BS excuse when they could have answered the question over the phone. They did before Covid (barely bc their service has always been horrible) but now it's even worse. They like to hang up on customers too. Horrible service. Horrible staff.

Sorry store to shop / the only person who said anything was Dexter at the door. Your cashiers are slow under trained / not friendly at all / never said a word. Your under staffed and only hire what ever and who ever you can get let alone having a manager who is on the floor and not going paperwork. Get out and see what is going on. I know you will not read this so that's sad in it's self that you run a business and just don't care.

Dropping off an extremely mild pain sedative for my disabled father and was treated like trash. I left crying. Ruined my day. So sad. So mean for no reason. The two males were so dang mean!!!!! I'll never go back.

After a phone call to Walmart to make sure my prescription refill was ready and confirmed. Went to Walmart for the pick up. Happen that I was not in the sistema . After 10 months being customer at this farmacia.. ... Add to this my card for prescription covered is delayed an they did not want to help to contact Medicaid. When finally find me in the sistema they say I have to pay for the medicine myself or call to Medicare. I went out seat in my car and did the same that they could do. When I got to the counter they all were mad and take don't recognised me.. ... The story can be longer....
