Great pharmacy, super nice staff, pharmacist was nice too. I think the consult with the pharmacist before leaving is a great idea.

I’m a 39 year RN, BSN. I recently picked up a prescription for a topical cream and was told I’d have to have a pharmacist consult about this medication. I told the tech I want to opt of the consult. I have dispensed and used this medication many times. I was told this was the store policy. I told her I understand but want to opt out. I paid for the cream and another item. She handed me the bag and I left the store. After I get in my car the pharmacy called. Apparently they with held the cream I paid for. The tech didn’t tell me she was wittholding the cream. She said I was seen on camera leaving the store without the cream. Yes that’s true I was leaving the store without the cream I paid for. I have a sore back at the moment and I have a handicap. I walked back into the store and the pharmacist “Karen” kept pointing to all their cameras. I said good but I would like the cream I paid for. IMHO the pointing to the cameras only escalated the situation. She said “you need the consult that it’s our store policy”. I said it’s not my policy that I want to opt out. She said I can’t opt out. At this point I said fine give me the consult. She handed me the bag and said “Apply the cream three times a day”. Really? This was worth all the inconvenience to me as a customer? My professional opinion is a customer should be able to opt out and sign they accept the risk without the consult. BUT never should Walmart be able to withhold a paid item without telling the customer they were doing so.F/U I just spoke with the pharmacy manager who of course heard their side of the story. I suggested she watch the camera video to get the real story. As I told her, I understand they have a policy. I may not agree with it. BUT Walmart doesn’t have the right to “sneakily” withhold a paid item and not tell the customer they are doing that. That’s what I told the manager I was upset about. Her employee kept “my paid” for item under the counter without telling me. THAT should have been very transparent! That’s not good customer service!

(Translated by Google) It is one of the supermarkets that I love in Florida, but this one is very poor, you go in the middle of the morning, empty grocery shelves with the product and there are no bags on the rolls. Bad work.(Original)Es unos de los supermercados que me encantan de la Florida, pero este es muy deficiente, vas a media mañana, estantes de víveres vacíos habiendo el producto y no hay bolsas en los rollos. Mal trabajo.

They completely dropped the ball on my medication order. You really need to consider using another pharmacy. I had them attempt to recieve a transfer from another pharmacy. A man asked me the usual questions, looked at my empty prescription bottle and put my information into the computer. I made it clear that I was completely out of medication. After several days I went there and asked about the status of my order. (I tried calling but the automated phone system only works if there is an existing perscription number... even of you pres 0). Walmart Pharmacy just plain didn't do anything! I called the original pharmacy and they said no one called about a transfer. I had been waiting for an automated text about my order status. But an order had never been entered. Someone needs to explain to these people that a little bit of neglegence goes a long way when it comes to situations concerning peoples' health. Someone needs to explain to them how it feels to come off SSRI drugs cold-turkey.

Ramon is not happy with his job. It shows through his crabby lack of customer service and the fact that he has multiple conversations while not paying attention to customers say "no bag please... I don't need a bag thank you... no bag pleas..."

This is the first and last time I use this WalMart Pharmacy on Juliet blvd. My doctor prescribed me a medication on Thursday. I call Walmart and they say it won't be available until Monday because they have to order it. That's fine and understandable. My problem is that when I arrive Monday to pick up my medicine. They tell me that my new insurance doesn't cover my medicine and that they will have to call the doctor to ask the insurance for authorization. So now I have to wait almost a week for my pills which I NEED. Here's where I am annoyed.

After years in town and experience with all pharmacies around, I'll definitely recommend this pharmacy! Not because they have better medicine but the customer service that worth millions! Nice and helpful people over the counter. Start with the supervisor that treat customers on the best end. You won't wait online more than 3 min they'll open a new line. Always smile and make you feel like home.

Rude. Period. I was waiting to be acknowledged as two techs looked at me & the pharmacist applied her lip gloss. She also saw me waiting. Another tech was on the phone. No one bothered to say we'll be right with you, instead they kept chatting away as if I wasn't there. When the tech was finished with her phone call she got my script & as she was handing it over to me, she was talking with another tech, so no thank you or goodbye. I was 100% ignored. You just lost our business & I'm going to tell anyone who will listen.
