Very disappointed. After years of being a loyal patron, the prices are high, inventory unpredictable, carts don't work. Hard to navigate the store when staff work with the remote / pick up orders that block the aisles. Quality of service, uncertain. Lines, more lines and then more lines, self check out registers unavailable, no bags for produce.

10:15 pm at self check out 1 , 2/18 tonight , the warlmart staff there has bad attitude to me , check id for robittussin , like she really don’t like her job and play nails , and when the machine not allow me to scan next item , I ask for help , she is ignoring me , and later start laughing .

Great except the checkers talk Spanish and are always involved in there own conversation while checking us out. Several times this has happened since we always come in and out the doors where the plants and grills are.?

If Sam Walton was still alive, I'm pretty sure he would not approve of the bait and switch tactics employed by the auto service center. You see I bought 4-tires online from Walmart. When I arrived for my installation appointment, the $18 per tire install cost (balancing tires and install) shown online magically increased to about 5 times that cost.I decided not to pay that much and asked for a refund for the tires. Much to my and I'm sure would have been to Mr. Sam's dismay, the store was not able to give me a refund because it was an online sale. I did an online chat, and had to convince the agent that I had not taken possession of the tires. To top off the service, my credit card will be credited for the $700 or so in about 10-days.This is the least pleasant Walmart experience I have ever had and advise all to think twice about buying automotive service or tires from Walmart.

Oh boy, what can I say? I went in looking for a few items, which, per my search online, were in store. They weren't! The store is either short staff or employees did not want to be there. I heard employees arguing in front of other customers. This is so unprofessional.

The person in charge of this store should be fired. In this store, this is very common. Expired food is not something new. Find the difference in the photo. Keep an eye on the expiration date at all times. A couple of Paneras soups I found earlier this week had been expired for more than two weeks.

Horrible phone experience. I called because an online order I placed states it was picked up by me when it wasn’t. I called and the lady who sounded Hispanic, who answered stated that I need to call another number but the number she gave me is out of service so I called back and she said she will transfer me to the manager line, it some how got traced back to her and I told her I’m waiting for the manager, she then hung up on me. I called again and she picked up and hung up again, she did that to me 5x’s … Iike what the heck is that ?! I paid for items and now someone else it took it, I lose out on money and she’s hanging up on me when I’m asking for help.

There are no cash registers open, customer service is terrible. To return something it takes almost 2 hours in line.

What a difference between 2 different Wal-Mart's. Naples, FL was well stocked. Merchandise was is to locate. Very clean

Super store for almost any item under the sun. Most items are affordable for all income groups. It's almost always busy with highly consumer focused Americans. Food aisles are typically much busier than other aisles.

Awful!!! There were employees playing with a volleyball in the aisle. My water would not scan and she made me leave the line to go get another instead of calling employee to do it. I asked for manager and was told there wasn't one. When I came back with water she had added the person behind me items to my bags then agrued with lady behind me that it was her fault. So we had to go thru the bags and separate everything. There were carts left in rows in the street. Worst walmart I have ever been to.

This is the worst Walmart store I have ever been to. There is no management. Things with no pricing. Out of place items. Horrific food prep. Pre-apocalyptic ! Mad, rude, like a third world country. Not a good representation of Naples.
