The staff person was extremely helpful and courteous ! He was very knowledgeable about the new iPhone 17 and was able to resolve a complicated issue quite efficiently!! ( I wish I could remember his name but he had white hair and a beard !! )

Zach and Jr provided exceptional customer service. My account had very unusual issues and they persevered and worked diligently with me to get everything set up and working. I would highly recommend this store for those needing assistance. Be sure to schedule an appointment in advance as this really helps make sure a rep is available when you arrive.

We’ve been AT&T customers for over 20 years and have regularly used the Naples Plaza store for the last 10 to 15 years, always receiving great service and guidance. Today, however, I had a deeply disappointing experience while assisting my mother—who isn’t very tech-savvy—with her phone upgrade.
When I arrived, the general manager was already going through her phone and insisting she needed more storage, even though I manage our family’s iCloud and knew that wasn’t necessary. We had already priced out the upgrade online, and the only reason we came in was to see the color options in person.
Despite this, the manager attempted to change her plan and add insurance and an upgrade fee without our consent. When I challenged him, he blamed “corporate policy” as justification. It felt misleading and exploitative.
For anyone in a similar situation, especially when helping elderly parents, please be cautious. This manager was clearly trying to take advantage. I’ve since filed a complaint with AT&T corporate, who confirmed this is not standard business practice. They apologized and are currently following up with other departments.
