About Wellfit Girls Program SWFL, inc.
We offer leadership programs for girls 11–20 y/o. We combine experiential learning & outdoor adventure to build confidence & help girls realize their potential. Wellfit Adventure Camp- Middle School: A 3 week camp that builds leadership skills & ends in an 5-day unplugged hiking & bonding experience in Georgia. Summit Sisters- High School: Is a 5-month journey of self-discovery. Leadership & confidence are cultivated through thought-provoking activities & discussions encouraging girls to look deeply into their values, boundaries & goals to then lead with confidence. The program ends in an 8-day backpacking expedition that brings the program full circle & serves as a challenge to prove to girls that they are capable of hard things.

After meeting and getting to know Colby, Brooke, and Heather who represent the leadership team behind Wellfit Girls, and getting to know a much more detailed account of the organization operates, I am absolutely inspired by these people and this organization. I look forward to supporting them in the long-term.
