We have an account at this branch and I was dumbfounded that they would not a few dollars worth of coins to deposit into our account. The teller said that they needed to be rolled. I did not have enough to roll. It was not much. Looking for a new bank. Too bad, cause we use Wells Fargo for our direct deposit. Horrible customer service.

I had copy of statement printed out thay did not call to let me know. thay we're ready untilThay were about to put them in the trash.Then gave me a time line to come in and pick them up the same day thay we're going to put them in the trash.

I arrived at 10:30 to open up a new account. They were open till noon. Rather than quickly getting through the line, the staff here is unmotivated to work with efficiency. It was extremely obvious they wanted to close by noon and didn't want to be delayed with NEW business. i will take my new account across the street to Regions Bank and was out in 20 mins.

This guy Anthony was very aggressive with me didn't help me at all, seemed he was done with life and customer service, I requested to speak to another person and I didn't bother him one bit, I guess that was what he wanted in the end after it all

10 + year Customer ! Needed cashiers check 2/2/18. $10.00 for a bank cashier check. Absolutely crazy! I'm done with Wells Fargo! It's amazing Wells doesn't charge to use their restrooms!
