The worst bank is very rude, not friendly. Does not help a friend who has her account compromised and fraud has occurred. It's been reported several times and her daughter has also compromised thousands from her account. Do not use this branch Kim Karolyi Manger.

This bank has the worst tellers that I have ever encountered. I went to withdraw money out of my account and the teller counted with the machine when I got in my car to check I was $100 short. When I went in and of course they act like the customer is lying. It's my money and I work hard for someone to short me by putting money in their own pockets. I put in a complaint and of course I was denied and lost my hundred dollars. They say that the register was not over $100. I said of course it's not over because your employee probably took it. Anyways I just don't want this to happen to anyone else in this bank never going back and going to close my account. I guess they don't do background checks on people there. Please stay away from here unless you want to be robbed. And do not say that you apologize for the situation and they have all of my info already. If I could give this place a zero I would.

The worst bank I have ever used. Fifth Third is even better than Wells Fargo, oh, that's bad. Everyone from the tellers to their customer service on the phone is incompetent , either their staff needs more training or just needs to get a different job. It is that bad.

This was by far the most helpful stress free banking trip I've ever experienced. The branch manager assisted me personally in replacing a debit card and connecting it to my app so I can use it immediately. It took less than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff!

Of all the locations this was the only one that asked me to not put the name of my account i was making the withdrawal on, i understand i have to put my actual account number, seems like they don't understand that my accounts are labeled. Was just trying to make it easier & nobody has ever told me anything about it! Seems like they wanted to keep arguing & bitching about it! Rude!

Subject:Discrimination : Wells Fargo bank customer services unprofessional discriminated asian american,due to lack knowledge of corona virus.Here what happened;I went to the bank this morning to make a deposit.There was a line about 3-4people were waiting,two people were in front of me, soon they done.I was next,I came up to the counter and made a deposit,once I finished started to leave,I heard that the customer services name: Kim told the two older that "hold on!let me spray disinfected and clean the counter first"Soon I heard that,I was so upset and learned how to calm down and walked away.So, for a famous bank (Wells Fargo) like this and treated customer like that!!!!No good!!!
