If you look up “5 Star Customer Service” in the dictionary… you’ll get (Ingrid)! Ingrid at this location on Airport & Pine Ridge is top notch. She made my day and went above and beyond her normal duty. I wish everyone was like her in the biz. I went in stressed out from the day, and left with big smile on my face. You check your bank when you are in emergency situation, like I was. The worst bank I ever faced. Bankers and managers at this place should be fired! One star just because they finished my transaction.I did 2 wires, here and in Chase. Chase took 5 minutes to do a wire for me. I came here about 2:05 pm on Friday for the wire, all bankers were with clients. Manager also was with client till 2:45 then disappeared. I had a 4 month baby on hands. I had closing, My title closed at 2, underwriter closed at 2, but people there were sitting and waiting for me to close my file and waiting for wire to make Closing. I explained everything to the manager- he told all bankers are booked with appointments, we don’t have available. We we’re waiting for a 5 minute wire. Private client banker became available. We explained him everything, he told he has an appointment. But he even didn’t try to help, he could be a human and ask a man with appointment( that came at at 2:20) let us go with 4 months baby do this quick transaction, but he didn’t! He just closed the door at my face. And he didn’t ask are we private client or not. Another banker was with client.My agent called manager in another WF branch and described everything. He called to this bank. Manager at this place understanding that all WF branch will know this, came out and finally did this transaction at 3:30pm.No more direct deposits and savings at this bank. They are garbage. Come back to chase

Every time I come here, the ATMs ALWAYS have issues.. it will either say “deposit unavailable”Or “no cash deposits” , Please fix machines or systems. This is my busiest corner in Naples. But have to go to a different location 8 times out of 10. I’m not mad…. Just a little annoyed. Thank you guys!

Made an appointment with George Gellar to open a small business account and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me! I was very nervous as a new business owner starting out and George made the process fast and easy and I left feeling so much stress off my shoulders. All my questions were answered and he made sure that everything was taken care of before I walked out the door. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend George to any other business owner.

This is a very convenient branch, they have a drive thru ATM and it’s a good location in town. I’ve had to go inside a few times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Gladys was very friendly and caring. She took great care of us last time when we had an issue with our deposit. The manager Raul helped during the transaction as well and they really went out of the way to help us out. Will keep banking at this branch because of how helpful they have been!

Last Friday, February 18, with 15 minutes to go before closing, request the service of a notary for a proof of address for a family member who is starting studies in this city. I have had a horrible experience the past 2 weeks.. I deposited a check and Wells Fargo took it out of my account and over drafted my account by 2000 plus dollars.. instead of holding the check. Which was good customer service is horrible and I will only give bad reviews from now on... I am so hurt with them and have been put into a horrible financial situation right now. The money was a gift for my upcoming surgery to pay for my surgery. Now I can't even do that. My name is Paige Allen... I will be moving my account as soon as possible

I recently went in to make some changes and the banker Eva was very helpful! I made an appointment online and received an email confirmation and a reminder. The employees there are very friendly and helpful. The app is user friendly and I was recently able to open an account in less than 5 minutes. Great branch and great service!!

Hands down the BEST staff in Naples possibly Florida, I should have written down her name but I think she was the assistant manager I had a huge time sensitive problem with a hold on a check we desperately needed it would have been 14 days but they went above and beyond to get it in my account in 2 days. They need a raise

I have visited this location several times to do my banking. Everyone has been helpful and friendly and make you feel like royalty. They are a busy location but they have someone at the door to help and they try to fit you in between their appointment (recommend making an appointment to see an officer to save you time). Girls at the teller are always nice and have a great attitude, Greta in drive-thru is really friendly and efficient! I always have an great experience, some banks nearby have closed and this one is very convenient. Great employee, great service, thank you! Wells Fargo is really making progress in the last years!
