While visiting Florida, my brake shifter started sticking. My friends advised me to go to Western Bike. They were very honest. It was only the brake cable that needed to be replaced. I had my bike back the next day within 12 hours at a very reasonable price.

I bought tube two days ago and doesn’t hold air. Also when i went there to get new one they were completely rude and they dont accept it.

Wow! What a great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They left him try out different bikes until he found the exact bike he needed/wanted. There was no pressure, just an overall great experience. I will be going back here to buy my other son, a bike and probably want for my husband and myself too.

I've been going to Western Biike since I moved to Naples 7 years ago. They have always made me feel like they are an absolutely honest family owned business. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They've repaired my bike several times, often finding ways to fix something when they could have easily sold me a new part. With my bike over 20 years old and the handle bars stripped, I didn't consider any other store for my new bike. They helped me save money, they never tried to upsell or get me to buy things I didn't need. I've recommended them to neighbors and friends and no one has ever had anything but good things to say about them. It's refreshing to know a business can succeed by doing the right thing for their customers.

I had been in a week earlier and decided on a bike. They offered 3 bikes to test drive - I left with a different bike that suited my needs better and was definitely more comfortable. They didn't just sell me a bike, they personalized the experience Thank you again Western Bike!

Great overall experience at Western Bike.... Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, selection was great, I was able to ride the bike before purchase, they cleaned it, lubricated it and helped me put it in the car..... This was the best buying experience i've had since arriving in Naples.

My wife and I have both bought Jamis bikes from Western Bike within the last 19 months. We've brought them in for the warranty checks during the 1st year and I've had a few flat tires along the way.The staff has ALWAYS been just amazing and helpful.And today I brought my bike in for a full tune-up, with the bike having a lot of miles on it since buying in Aug 2021. I can't tell you how amazed I was when I got it back... it's like new again. No exaggeration!!Only Western Bike will see my business & my bikes!!

Western Bike is an excellent shop with outstanding customer service. I brought my own bike to Florida, and my buddy who accompanied me needed to rent one for our planned cycling excursions. Heather did a great job of finding the right bike for my buddy. She gave us an excellent map of the Naples area that clearly showed all of the bike routes around the city. The rental price for the bike also included a lock cable and basket, each of which was very handy for touring around the city. Throughout our interaction with her, Heather was efficient, cheerful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Also, the shop itself has an amazing selection of bike accessories - anything you could possibly need. Finally, the selection of bikes for purchase was extensive, and they had some good deals on quality used bikes as well. Overall, a 5-star experience. PS: Be sure to bike along Gulf Shore Boulevard and Gordon Drive. The mansions and landscaping are magnificent. Bring beach gear and a locking cable in case you want to stop at any of the many beach access points along the way.
