Love the selection, products, quality. I used to enjoy browsing the merchandise and purchasing in-store.However, today's experience changed that. The sales staff is abrupt and bothered by customers and our questions. I will order online from now on.

Possibly the worst customer service of any major chain store. They don’t honor pricing available online for bulk purchases. The manager’s attitude is a great reason to shop on line!

Sales person recommended a garlic press ( William Sonoma)that she herself owns and loves " the best" " fabulous" etc. so we bought it brought it home and struggled to press with it and to clean it. You'd think for $50 and a recommendation from a sales lady whom you'd appreciate a good tool in the kitchen you'd end up with a good purchase. Nope just a purchase to ring up in there register. Disappointing

Be Wary of Stale Candy! At the register the Coconut Cashew Brittle tins stacked high and marked down caught my eye so I bought a couple. They are so stale they are inedible, I mean spit it out in the sink rank. I called the store (I live over an hour away) and was told food is never refundable. The issue is beyond the money: WHY is a store of this caliber selling old, inedible candy to begin with? I trusted this brand but not anymore.

I stopped into Williams Sonoma and was greeted with a friendly worker and my senses were teased with aromas from whatever was cooking on the stove. This store is like a grownup's KITCHEN candy store.

Busy for the holidays, but the staff was friendly. I only wish they had more space. Good things come from this small footprint.

I've spent thousands of dollars with this retailer over the years, in MI and FL, and when their own brand of cookware fails (inside of a year), they offer ZERO customer service. Best to buy online direct from All-Clad or other Manufacturers they represent than shop at this retailer's stores. Can you tell I'm fed up with them?p.s. I'm throwing the pot in the trash and have purchased All-Clad online after giving them 2 chances to correct the problem.

My husband bought for me waffle maker, he was assured that it had removable plates. When he gave me for Christmas, it hadn't. I had to return but I couldn't as he threw the receipt. They told that I can't only exchange. They had very small selection, no explanations about waffle makers... so I asked I wanna waffle maker with swapable plates for pancakes and waffles. They just advised another , so I got it. Turned out it's not easy to swap the plates. The plates are just for waffles and grill sandwiches not pancakes. So I was cheated twice in this store. Very bad customer service. I never went to that store before, except my husband went for not knowing and never will. I would give them -1* if I could. I got Green Pan waffle maker- heats up very slowly, difficult to change plates. For 300$ it's not worth it. Don't buy this brand. I had better waffle makers but without swapping.

I am so DISAPPOINTED in Williams Sonoma Customer Service. I ordered a marble top dining table on 3/31/22 that would be delivered in May after many delivery postponements and going to the website this morning for another message that delivery date appointment could be scheduled on January 10,2023 . I called customer service and canceled the order at 10:30 AM. I received an email at 11:35 stating that my order was ready for delivery.I immediately (11:56 AM)called customer service to re-instate my order and I was told it is too late, the merchandise was back in stock , my card was refunded and I would need to re-order and be at the back of the line. All this within a few minutes!Hopefully upper management will read this message and contact me and resolve this issue for order # 320902974668.

This store is cluttered, the manager Trish is unprofessional, and the employees seem overworked and are probably underpaid. Sur La Table in Mercato would be the better choice but also target because you can buy most of the crap WS has there. Also, everything is grossly overpriced and the quality just isn't there.

TAKE A WHISK! Every year for the past 5-10 years my family has had a visit from the "candyman". Yes, instead of Santa my family does the candyman. The candyman is of course my father and he typically gives us the same items every year. My mom gets various types of root beer, brother gets some kind of nuts and I get peppermint bark. I always know when the holidays are coming because William Sonoma brings out all of the barks, brittles and toffee tins. They are gorgeous tins with goodies inside. Unfortunately, this year I am changing it up as I still have peppermint bark left over from last year. Shocking I know. But the candyman gave me a three tiered assortment of it last year and I am about peppermint barked out. Today, since I was very disappointed by the experience I had at the See's Candy pop up, I made my way over to William Sonoma. I've always very much enjoyed these kitchen/appliance stores. I know some people don't like these types of stores, but I could honestly spend hours upon hours inside. While inside, I did not get any of the peppermint bark, though it was tempting. Instead I wanted to try something else. I saw some new tins that I had never seen there before. One looked very exotic it was a hunter green tin that claimed to gave pomegranate pistachio bark inside. Sounds interesting... Winded up picking out a tin of the dark chocolate s'mores. If you don't know me very well, I am a freak for anything s'mores. Love the way it tastes, smells, looks. I just love s'mores. So, I guess I will be trading in peppermint bark for s'mores this year. Overall, the store is great. There is a lot of inventory and something for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is always great to walk into a store like this and actually get some hands on assistance if you are planning on making a big purchase for your self or someone you love.

Great products but you pay for them. The best bakewear you can buy is found here. The gold non- stick stuff is crazy good. Love the selection of unique items. If you have the money to spend its a great place to spend it.

Tried to return a few unused things today and they refused to allow it, claiming it was clear the equipment had been used (which it had not). We were baffled. They were so rude. We were ready to make a large purchase but walked out instead. This place needs new staff.
