I had the most incredible experience with Zimmerman. Maca one of the sales associates organized a shopping/charity event. She coordinated it all and my friends enjoyed the entire experience! Maca even helped me pick out my daughter’s first Zimmerman piece!

Came in the other day to pick something up for my girlfriend, never seen the store so I thought I’d check it out. As soon as I walked in I’m greeted very nicely asking me if I wanted still or sparking water right away and then asking how my day had been going, felt very genuine and loved the energy they had as a whole. Further into my experience Macarena started to help me and even looked through some of the pictures of my girlfriend on my phone and picked out some colors that she thought would look nice with her hair, eyes etc. very articulate and observant later on when I gifted the dresses she loved every single one of them! Will definitely be back to this store.

Rude and insulting! Go buy your Zimmermann at Saks! I own several Zimmermann dresses and went to the Naples store to treat myself to one for V-day. I know what designs look good on me. When I told the gentleman that I look best in the shorter dresses his response was “Wow, I’m surprised you can wear the short dresses!” I responded, “I’m going to Saks to buy myself a dress”. And I did just that! Never shopping at this store again! Bought a beautiful addition to my collection AT SAKS!!!!

So happy to have Zimmermann in town. Their crew is incredibly knowledgable and helpful - I always feel comfortable just browsing or trying on everything that catches my eye. They are patient and friendly and every season their line is gorgeous.
