The old smaller Diaz store was friendly , love and respect from the Diaz siblings. But this new store is over priced, bad attitude workers, no patience. I went there today to get some cooked food. I asked for a small cup of rice and with an attitude was told it comes only one size. I know she was lying because I purchased before in a small cup. Then I asked. What’s the small cups for then? She replied nothing and slung my tamale on the counter & walked off. I laughed because one thing for sure her attitude made her look real ugly lmao. They take advantages of the Mexican & black culture that stay in that low income area with them over price, over sized and out dated merchandise. Shame on y’all. Closed down already tf

Here you come and ask any employee something and they don't know the customer service is on the floor you ask them and they tell you there I don't know well and if it's not them we ask, the service there is terrible ???? and I give it one star so I can give my opinion since they don't even have one

(They put a price on nothing)
When it comes to serving the customer, the cashiers leave and don't tell you anything and you are left trying to understand what happened. The staff is very poorly trained, starting with the supervisor who is always in front of the cashiers with great indifference to the customer's complaints. In truth, it is a very low-quality neighborhood market, and they don't care about losing customers.
