I ended up purchasing a 1.76ct pear shape diamond pendant and the look on my husbands face made it all worth it. The customer service here is A1 best customer service at a high end jewelry store I've been to. I've been to several high end spots in NY but this place beats them all. I had the pleasure to work with Christina from the initial phone call to the actual piece being picked up was extremely smooth, she is very understanding and actually listens to what you want and gives you exactly that. The owner is so knowledgeable about repairs we prefer Cutler Bay Jewelry to Tiffany's, even for repairs on Tiffany jewelry. We recently had a bracelet resized and the owner took the time to make sure the diamond would be centered after the repair. They also returned the silver removed. In Miami this doesn't usually happen. If you want honest, expert help and advise on jewelry in a great small business setting this is the place to go.”
