My experience at the nail lounge was magnificent. Anny was my nail tech and she is absolutely the best in my opinion. The place is very clean. Well decorated great customer service.

I needed a full set and pedicure the day before my wedding. The ladies were nice and helped me with a design. She did cut my big toe but other than that I enjoyed my time and thought my nails came out great.

I recommended the place to some friends because of the supposed January special of Hands and Feet Gel for $40. When my friends went they asked them if they were going for the special and they said yes. In the end they charged them $80, when they complained is when they specified that the special was from Monday to Thursday. Unfortunately, due to the lack of ethics, they have already lost 4 clients.It's embarrassing how they take someone for stupidity.

Nail lounge it's promoting a special but they don't tell the clients more information about it, I went on Saturday with some family members, we ask If they have the special the lady in the front say yes but that's all she said ...at the end we were charge 80 dollars (the special is 40 feet and hands) we askthen why the charge was different from the special and that's when she mention the special was only Monday through Thursday .....really? She could off explain that at the beginning...by the way refills are 45 .....never coming back. The place look nice but people so dishonest.

The nails are SO uneven like omg, it looks so terrible as if they just learned how to do nails. Then the polish is so uneven. I go there because it's close to my house but the nails are shitty. Especially for the price they charge.

this place is 0/10. i was cut on my pinky because the manicurist was on her phone and my big toe, she claimed “i have sensitive skin”; i don’t. Don’t know the name of the manicurist but it doesn’t matter because not even the owner cared that i was bleeding. they didn’t even have bandages or proper equipment to stop the bleeding. accusing a client for having sensitive skin is unethical. service today was highly unacceptable and unfortunate- a waste of $30.Services: Pedicure
