“A small local market where you can buy farm products - vegetables, fruits, seeds, sweets. There is a large parking lot and a children's playground on site. There is a cafe where you can eat. The dishes are delicious, large portions, affordable prices. You will enjoy cocktails made from natural products. There is also an outdoor recreation area with tables and benches.”

“I call it my Publix, I like the meat department and vegetables, easy to walk and find what I’m looking for, the guys that work there are very nice and helpful. The international department a little poor and the cheese department as well. Bread had become a disaster, I used to love it, but since now it’s biological engineered, it is the end for me. Beer and liquor it’s ok, deli department needs to be more tidy. Some of the cashiers are very nice, some are not so. In general it’s a good place, some prices are very high others are moderate.”

However, the person assisting me initially said it couldn’t be done and later refused to make the second sandwich due to a lack of mayonnaise.
This is where Tobías stepped in—not only with a solution, but with remarkable professionalism and kindness. Instead of allowing the situation to escalate into a negative experience, he took full ownership with a calm and courteous approach. He reassured me that my order could be fulfilled, seamlessly took over, and personally prepared my sandwiches with care. When he realized an ingredient was missing, he didn’t hesitate to take action—he went to the storage area himself to retrieve the necessary sauce, ensuring my order was made correctly.
