I was told I couldn't bowl 30 min prior to closing, because the staff aren't paid for overtime as the justification. Not sure if it's a staff or a management problem, but the staff should be paid for their time worked as opposed to just the posted hours. Change the hours/ pay for closing time or lock the doors.

We love coming here Friday nights. It's a great way to unwind after a long work week. Alex and Matthew are wonderful at their jobs! They always play good music and we love the lights off to enjoy the ambience of the lights above the pins. The food is great and we love the cold beers. Thanks for staying open later on the weekends!

I recently visited the Arlanes Bowling Center at the Boca Chica Naval Air Station and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bowling lanes were well-maintained and clean, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced and quality.

First off the manager Alex was great. He served us and prepared our food that was great. That is the end of the good. The place was filling up with a bowling league after we arrived. We ask for a product and they were out. One by one we sat there and saw people ask for something only to be told they were out. How do you know you have league play scheduled and not stocked for it? Also, why is it that no MWR bar has coasters for under your drink? They put a napkin under your drink and it sticks to your drink. This place has a long way to go for good service. I don't blame the workers, I blame the higher management for not getting involved in the process.
