Just called them up to ask a couple of questions. Steve answer all of them, was incredibly helpful with helping narrow down possible issues. For sure I'll be looking to bring my PC in for some cable managements but if i ever have any issues this place is my first pick. Will be recommending them to all my friends and coworkers.

Steve was professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and up front with pricing and explained in detail our options moving forward with our device. Extraordinary is an understatement in regard to his knowledge of computers, their inner workings, and broad technology in general. Wish I could give 6 stars. Steve is Firstly knowledgeable and just as professional and kind. Just an all around good dude. Fair price. My issue persisted after the first attempt. He didn't charge me for the second trial which worked splendidly. Called him for another issue and he went above and beyond. Great service. Highly recommended

Absolutely satisfied with the service at Always On. I presented Steve with a tough cookie and he worked hours and hours trying to get it back running. He finally found out that it was a manufacturer error after close to 2 full days of tinkering. He didn’t charge me a dime for his time. Steve went above and beyond to get second opinions, order parts out of pocket, and spared no hard work on my laptop. He communicated daily about what the status was and what he was trying to do. I ended up needing a new one and he special ordered one that fit my needs from an inside friend of his. I got an incredible laptop for a very economical price. I will go nowhere else now that I know the quality of care Steve takes pride in. It’s hard to find good people who like to do a good job these days. I was very pleased with Always On computers.

Absolutely the best! Been going to him for years and has saved me many times. I’m a college student so my laptop is my life line and he has taken amazing care of it! Saved me from spills, cracks, and viruses. He has great expertise, reasonable prices, and quick return times. Cannot recommend him enough!

After watching all the YouTube videos and doing all the online research on why my computer wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi 6, the gentleman on the phone gave me a very simple way of fixing it. I suggest taking all of your computer needs to this business.

Great guy to do business with! He changed out my dead hard drive, installed a new solid state drive, and was able to retrieve all of the information from my old HD. Two years later, I called him up out of the blue with an issue I had with my display, and he helped me over the phone with no charge for his expertise! Highly recommend this locally-owned establishment!

Steve is one of the most interesting guys I've ever met. He is more interested in making everyone that comes through his door feel welcome, than selling rippoff pc parts like most other places around here. OMG, this owner is the MOTHERLOAD of repairs & knowledge! I'm lucky my laptop blinked in Navarre, because Steve is not only extremely knowledgeable, he's generous in sharing it AND upfront / forthcoming. Great value, too. Support is outstanding. As it happens, he recommended the pre-installed virus protection, and the refund for cancelling superfluous protection paid for my new solid state hard drive. (That was a happy coinkydink.). So we rushed my husband's laptop over for repairs and a tune up, given his trusted reliability & service / support! Coming to Navarre? Bring your hardware with you & drop it off with Steve!
