We stopped here last year and found it a friendly ace with good people. We o ly stayed for 1 drink due to the smoke smell. We're back in the area so I just checked in to see if they had stopped the indoor smoking yet. I see they have not, so we won't be visiting this time.

Bartenders very nice and welcomed us as new visitors. A great place to stop but our time is limited due to cigarette smoke/smell. (We quit so have gotten use to clean air).God bless all vets!

This is a very nice facility. People are friendly and welcoming. However, the body voted to ban smoking and they are still smoking. Too much for many veterans to handle.

I'll be in the area the month of February. I'm retired Navy, and it's sad to know that I can't come to the American Legion because you allow inside smoking.

What a great bunch of people. Everyone is so friendly and the bartenders are great. Visting from KY and everyone made feel so welcome over Xmas holiday.

Unfortunately this is not a non-smoking Post! Need to get onboard with this century and setup a separate area for those that want to smoke. Definitely not a place that this retired CSM will be frequenting!

Had to move out of my place .... Today is the 21st... Payday is the 1st... That's 10 days! So... No place to stay... Don't know anyone! I am a 100% disabled Veteran!It was 9pm, so things are closed.... Know no one...... No money for 10 days...... So, NO HELP....NO FOOD..... They said sorry, we've helped you in the past... Yes! They helped with bills 7 months ago! Now, I'm in my car.... In a parking lot....no help.....no money for 10 days........ Disabled veteran (psychiatric) and they saved me out the door ..... I'm not judging their character as individuals, but as a veteran body, I shouldnt have been turned away.
