Sydney, technical representative, was very helpful, along with being very knowledgeable and patient. In addition, the store manager and the other technical representative were very friendly and polite. Great store to go to for accessories and help with your ATT cell phone service.

All of the customer service representatives that I’ve dealt with at this location are helpful, courteous, efficient.
My only complaint with this location has nothing to do with any of them:
Dear AT&T, would you please add a few chairs in there so that the people waiting have a place to sit down until a customer service representative is available?

Got new service with Att two days ago.
Attempted to transfer the eSIM to another working phone due to current one not working.
Was advised they couldn't activate it for 30 days due to new service.
Unable to purchase new phone for 30 days also due to having new service.
So now without a working phone for 30 days, despite talking to multiple levels at att.
My job is 100% phone based and having to use someone else’s service.
100% do not recommend.

I visited the store once the day before, was told I had to come back the next day because it was too late for the employee to help us. Came back the next day with plenty of time for them to help us. Ben greeted us right away, however, neither him or the girl working with him knew how to help us. Ben got one manger on the phone who told us to come back Monday which was very disappointing considering we had been there the day before and already came back, AND my phone was (maybe still is) about to shut off due to verification issues with first net. When I expressed my frustration towards them for not helping me and leaving employees in the store who couldn't solve customer issues.. Ben got the corporate manger on FaceTime who seemed a lot more knowledgeable and concerned with helping us. When they got off the phone, Ben was still confused .. we were there for over an hour waiting for someone to figure out how to help us.. my partner was also wanting to update his phone to the newest addition and we were told to come back because it took Ben over an hour to sorta help with one what seemed to be a minor issue. I feel like we were lead on due to them wanting to close at 8.. if the phone was updated they would have had to stay for maybe 20 mins over (according to Ben's time estimation for an update) We kept getting referred to the AT&T app and customer service for easy tasks.. in store service should be able to assist with all needs in person. If someone comes in the store, they obviously NEED help.. not to be referred to a long wait phone call with customer service and an undependable app. I am still unsure on if the information put into the system is accurate AND if my phone will be shut off on the end date for my first net. Ben advised us that he was only with the store for 5 weeks, however, if an employee is new and the employee with him doesn't know how to solve problems, a manger should be there or be fairly accessible to come in. I feel as if Ben was set up for failure and this falls mainly on management. I am very dissatisfied and will never be returning to this store again. I even feel tempted to switch carriers due to this bad experience. I have put so much money into AT&T for 5 years just to get bad service when I take my personal time to go to the store for help. I wasted time that I will never get back.

Went in to put my boyfriend on my plan and upgrade both of our phones. We were helped by Sidney. Usually upgrading is something I dread because the whole process just takes so long but he made the experience so painless! He had extensive knowledge and he got to know me so that he could recommend products and services that would work best for us. We’re super happy with our upgrades and everything we changed with my account. I’m sure everyone else working there is lovely but when I come to upgrade again in a few years I’ll definitely be looking for Sidney.

Doug! Super helpful and calming influence on our stressful phone situation… he seen us waiting outside for the store to open and he opened up a touch earlier then scheduled to help us out.. we were able to get a solution and get out the store in a timely manner.

I live in New Orleans, but for any and all things AT&T related I drive to Navarre because of the remarkable service. Doug and Charlie provide. Every time I go, they look for ways to save me money, and they troubleshoot any issue I’ve ever experienced. Charlie, just spent 45 minutes himself on the phone with tech-support assisting me with the issue. He persisted until it was resolved. Best customer service I have ever received.
