Items were marked wrong and had a very unfriendly cashier. I used self check out, but as she come to let me know it had the wrong price sign in front of the item and took it back to the isle. I had to go get her to take it off my receipt. I've owned a business in retail and know things like this happen. I was fine with not getting the item but her attitude left me not wanting to even buy my other items.

I tried to call CVS seven times today now and hung up on every single time. I am trying to get a hold of a manager as I had requested them to remove or inactivate every single one of mine and my husband's prescriptions and they still have not done it. I have requested this from two different people there and it's still not done. They think just because we have Caremark we have to use CVS they have another thing coming. I have transferred all my scripts to Walmart using GoodRx so Caremark there you go kiss my a s s! There is a way around these insurances of anyone else is stuck in the situation or feel stuck GoodRx will still save you more money than using CVS that doesn't care about their customers or anybody else for that matter. I have tried numerous times talking to numerous people to try to get my account taken care of and here it's it's still showing that there are prescriptions that need to be refilled that have been refilled with my new pharmacist. I tried to call to get them to remove these things and today I had been hung up on seven times now!! Oh by the way they are not b b b affiliated which is very important to know people! If a company is not Better Business Bureau Affiliated doesn't that make you wonder what the hell is wrong with them?? Well I can tell you what's wrong with them they don't have a clue what they're doing they don't they can't keep people because they don't pay and because they're rude and because of some of the things they do behind that counter are not always what they're supposed to be doing. The Ray I know this is because people that have worked there have told me this! I hope somebody takes this place down! I am fed up to no end!

The pharmacy technician helped me find a cheaper price by using goodrx. I have never been helped in this way before!!! Thank you CVS for such great service!!

Getting injured over a weekend is never fun, I'm always really greatful for a CVS. This location's pharmacy is open till 9pm on Fridays & till 6pm on Saturday & Sunday. I was swimming in the pool late & got bit/stung by something. At first my arm started to swell & then it started to turn like 5 different colors & was so HOT! It was radiating heat & burning. It got much worse till I couldn't use my right arm or hand so I had to go to the emergency room. Yikes. :(( At first I thought I might have flesh eating bacteria or something bad as I been doing a lot of swimming. My arm swelled so big, was twice it's normal size & looked like a multi colored zombie arm! But the doctor at the emergency room said I just got bit/stung by something & had a very bad reaction. Gave me a shot, some meds & called in my prescriptions. I'm glad hubby was able to get my prescriptions filled here right away, plus pick up all the extras you need when someone falls ill on vacation. We got aloe vera cooling gel, ibuprofen, waters, ginger ale, cookies, magazines, etc., We also bought the new Benadryl that comes in a tube that you rub on, it's the best product EVER. If you haven't tried it yet it's great for mosquito bites. We live to be outside so the liquid Benadryl is amazballs! Put it on your shopping list NOW! :)) This CVS is very close to the beach & also carries tons of beach stuff. Hubby even got us some very cute Navarre T-shirts here which was a complete surprise. I think the beauty products are better at Publix's than here but the rest of their inventory is great. The pharmacy hours, fantastic. My zombie arm is getting better & pretty soon I will be good as new! Thanks CVS for being open late & being there for moi, zombie arm & all. Highly recommend.

I have a prescription filled there, when I walked in the store everything was fine until I came up to a girl named Keysha, Kesha, or something of the like. I'm sitting there waiting and she comes up to me and asks for my name and birthdate, and she looks me up and says in a monotone voice "there's nothing here sorry". And I told her that I had a text message saying it was ready to be picked up here, she asks if it's another store, but I show her that it's this store. She then says "Hmm" and walks off. After standing there waiting to see what she was doing, I got her attention again bc she totally ignored me and walked away. She asks "do you want me to do something about it?". And I tell her "Yes please, I have the text here stating it's ready to be picked up". She then goes and calls the gulf breeze store, and asks if I want it filled here or in gulf breeze, and I tell her "No I'd like it here please". She replies "It'll take about 30 minutes", to which i respond "that's fine I'll wait". I then walk around the store shopping and trying to enjoy my time at CVS, because I've never experienced such an issuer before. After shopping I sit down and wait for my prescription, the lady then walks up and looks at me without saying anything for a few seconds, which I found entirely odd, and I ask "is it ready?", and she says "it's been ready". After getting it, I tell her to "have a great day", and she says absolutely nothing to me. When I went home, I noticed the prescription she gave me was an older one that I haven't had filled in a year. So not only was the customer service extremely poor, but I got the wrong prescription! I hope this girl get retraining because I've never had this much issue at my CVS like this before. Please take care of this.

This specific location is where I fill all of my prescriptions. They always have a clean store, courteous employees and at least decent prices. Their pharmacy staff is without fail always very helpful to me... and I honestly am pretty demanding. Kudos.
