I love this pharmacy-staff is helpful and has gone out of their way on multiple occasions to assist me. I’ve found wait time to be minimal at varied times of the day. Hard working individuals who demonstrate that they do care!

CVS has what they call a new "confidential" voicemail system. What that means is there is NO WAY to speak with a person. They dump you in a voice-mail box and you have to wait for them to call you. I will be changing pharmacies. Such poor customer service. I was able to get a Corporate phone and called to complain. The representative was very professional. She said ALL CVS stores have this new system. She was able to contact the pharmacy (although it took a while) and get them to take care of my request. A customer shouldn't have to go to so much trouble.

So I am very disappointed in this company every time I go up there to get my medicine it's always something and it's every single month and I am to the point to switching pharmacies even if I have to pay a little more for my medicine. The people that run the pharmacy and work at the pharmacy every time I come in there they treat me like I'm second class like I'm scum and it pisses me off and I literally mean every month I have to go up there and tell them that my doctor sent a prescription in and they need to fill it most months they fill it other months they tell me to come back in 15 minutes just to tell me they didn't have it and it's so aggravating and when you're always treated like you don't matter it really grinds my gears most days I leave there mad just because the way they treat me. Like the day before yesterday I went up there because the app said my medicine was ready they told me it was not it was on hold I said why is it on hold she was like I don't know well isn't that your job I said okay I'll be back in 30 minutes I got there 3 minutes before they closed and they act like I broke the wall asking if I could get my medicine and then they proceeded to tell me to come back in an hour when they come back from lunch and basically shut the thing in my face. So I went back up there just to find out they have to order my medicine again couldn't she told me that the first time or at least the second time so I didn't have to come back up there. But nope, running me around like crazy sounds better. So I am going to stop, but most likely, I will be switching Pharmacy, and I don't recommend anybody using this one at all.

Went to the pharmacy after being in the ER for 3 hours. Arrived 10 minutes before closing and had employees come to the desk multiple times to tell me "someone will be right with you". At 8pm sharp the pharmacist walked up to me and said "sorry we closed at 8". I told her I had been waiting for 10 minutes and she just said, "ok". Needed the meds for extreme pain, won't be sleeping tonight, also won't be returning.

The most terrible experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Three days in a row I went for my script. Person on phone says it will be ready in an hour. Then when I get to window. They say they are waiting again for a diagnosis. They never needed one and for three days I told them that. FINALLY an associate took the time to check on line with my CVS where I had 11 refills. Only took three days of me constantly trying. Terrible customer service.

Items were marked wrong and had a very unfriendly cashier. I used self check out, but as she come to let me know it had the wrong price sign in front of the item and took it back to the isle. I had to go get her to take it off my receipt. I've owned a business in retail and know things like this happen. I was fine with not getting the item but her attitude left me not wanting to even buy my other items.

The woman working in the pharmacy, Melissa, is outstanding! She’s really nice, and I never have an issues picking up my prescriptions when she is helping me. that isn’t the case for some of the other pharmacists, though.

This might be weird, but I had the most fun Covid testing experience here! I know… sounds really strange but it’s all thanks to the pharmacy tech (or pharmacist, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!) with curly hair who made the experience so much better! He counted down with me when I had to swab my nose and was very sweet in coaching us through the testing experience! I’ve unfortunately had to take a lot of these tests, and this by far was the best experience I’ve had. He was very thorough in his explanations, helpful, and genuinely just so nice to us when we were in the drive through early on a Saturday morning. I even mentioned to my boyfriend that it was “the most fun Covid test I’ve had to take!” Since the pandemic started. Hopefully this review reaches him, because it definitely added so much more joy to an otherwise very un-fun experience! Thank you so much!

This review is for Juan in the pharmacy! I have been going to this pharmacy for four years and they are efficient in the drive-through. However, if you call For any reason to update information, refill etc., I have found the people do not want to take the time if it’s not perfect on the screen in front of them. They will not take the time to look or investigate or fix wrong information. However, Over the last couple years every time Juan answers the phone ….. I find myself so thankful that it’s him because he goes out of his way to help you, he is so pleasant and you can tell that he enjoys helping people. Honestly every single time Juan resolves the issue! Juan makes what you need a breeze!! He is so pleasant and friendly always!! I have told him myself before. Thank you Juan!

The customer service was outstanding. They were the only pharmacy open on a holiday when we needed our prescription filled. They were so nice and helpful.

Online services literally stink. For 20 mins I tried to get a hold of the pharmacy. The automated phone put me in a run around.Put a direct phone number to call to talk to a human being!Every one of your phone numbers goes to the same automated answering system.If I can't call you , I just assume you can't help me!!
