This storage facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional attitude. However, I experienced frequent rent increases, which ultimately made it unaffordable for me. While the facility is excellent, potential customers should be aware of the rising costs.

Alex at Extra Space Storage in Navarre, FL is excellent at what he does! He’s always very professional, he is very helpful, he goes above and beyond for his customers, and he continuously has a very positive personality the entire duration of our phone calls. He is the best with customer service! Extra Space Storage is a wonderful company to store with.

Great place! In town visiting and helping my daughter get a storage unit. And I have say this this place is the spot to go. Customer service was remarkable, The Store Manager Joe made the process so much easier for us, we will definitely rent again! Awesome service!

I have been paying for a “climate-controlled” storage unit on the bottom floor. However, the doors have been open so it hasn’t been climate controlled whatsoever with mold growing all over my furniture. Also, there has been rat dropping all over my storage unit and on my furniture. I trusted them with keeping my stuff safe while paying for a climate-controlled storage unit but that is not the case. Also, the prices increase every couple of months to the point where it was over $200 a month. I had a humidity thermometer that showed the humidity being consistently over 78.

The facility manager Joe Bronk was terrific. Very informative and made the process very easy to sign up for a unit. Facility is clean, has air conditioning and is safe. Nice place.

The process of getting a storage unit was soo easy. I went to the Extra Space Storage website, setup an account and purchased a storage unit within 10 minutes. On top of the ease of setup, there is an app which makes keeping up with your account and gate access code very simple. Moving is not fun, but Extra Space Storage made this move better!
