Went in 7/2/25 for a flat repair, oil change, rotate and balance tires. I noticed this morning that there was greasy fingerprints all over my hood. My flat was on the passenger rear tire. Both tires on the passenger side had clean fingerprints on the wheel covers from the brake dust. The driver side tires had no such fingerprints. When rotating tires, the front tires go to the back and the back tires go diagonally to the front. My repaired tire was moved to the front passenger position, and the original to the rear. Obviously my tires weren't balanced either because the driver side tires were undisturbed. If the tech would have aired the tire correctly I would not have noticed anything, but the repaired tire was 6 psi lower than the others and I had to air it up myself. Thanks for nothing....(And I bought my tires there 3 years ago).
So on 7/3, I received your standard reply to call you and try to rectify the situation. Why would I dare trust your store ever again? The technician who did the work and the service manager who sat at his desk on the phone while the poor work was being done have both been working there for over 3 years!!! What oversight do you have over these terrible employees? I forgot to mention that my front rotors need to be replaced, but nothing was noted on your standard inspection- duh!! Every time I drive by the store there is hardly any cars in the parking lot; I wonder why? If you truly care to make this right, refund the total price I paid to have my time wasted to my address that you have on file with my Goodyear credit card. Prove me wrong, show you care!!!

Great guys and fast. I had a tire light come on my dash. They got me in quick checked it out and no problem was found. Drove back home and felt safe. Light still out and no issues since. Very helpful.

I will never be bringing my car here ever again. Me and my husband needed to go on a road trip and we needed to be somewhere on time.
They told me to bring my car in at 7 AM, which I did. They didn’t even start looking at the car until 8 AM. Then they spend an hour and a half just looking at a bunch of stuff that’s gonna cost me $1000 that I can’t afford to do when all I brought my car in for was to patch a hole in a tire.
Before I ever even brought my car into them, I specified to them that I just need a whole patch in my tire.
If I had known that they weren’t going to start looking at my car until 8 AM then I would have slept in and not woken up at the crack of dawn.
Then they made my husband and I run extremely late for a family event we need to get to.
Super unprofessional, and I never asked him for a full diagnosis of my car.
They will not be getting my business again

Bought 4 Goodyear tires and one of the tires was flat within 24 hours. The mechanic showed me how there was a bulge in the sidewall and how it caused a leak but then refused to give a new tire for free because I didn’t have hazard insurance. I didn’t hit anything and the mechanic even admitted that the tire was faulty. The photo below is of the inner side wall. You can see where the seam is directly above it. Update: the mechanic called customer service the next day and received permission to give me a new tire. He handled the situation properly, he just didn’t have the authority to help me earlier.

Had a flat tire because of a nail. Called them up, and they said bring it over, and they could fix the fire. Took it over, and they fixed it for free. If you need a repair, just take it there as everyone else had reasons or certain times they only could help. Thanks guy!

Sent wife for tire repair and oil change. Tire was purchased there and still under warranty, but they couldn't find or fix the slow leak. The oil change was $120. I'm not going back. Goodyear in Milton found and fixed the leak at no charge. I'm going back for a tune-up.

Miles from home called to see if they could repair a tire so we could make it back home safe !!! Guy said no way could he help me ,, he could care less that I needed help !!! I own a repair shop back home and I would never turn someone away like this !! Just bad business and bad customer service ,, I would not give this place a dime !!! Called Firestone and they said they were busy but would work us in as soon as they could !! So I would go there if I was you !!!
