“Small Gym with a good amount of equipment, if you like to go to the gym late at night (around 10:30pm or after) I highly recommend going to ILF as no one is usually ever there. The staff is super kid and There is pretty much everything you need in a gym and they do have classes if you would like that. It's usually pretty busy around 9am everyday.”
“Great gym. All the equipment you need . They keep up on equipment. Accepting atmosphere . The overhead MUSIC is always good ! Nice area for ground workout moves . Clean bathrooms”

“I did a drop-in during open gym hours on our July family beach vacation. I easily scheduled, paid, and signed the waiver through their website process. Easy to spot and located on a main road. Spoke to a nice lady at the front desk to check online booking and got a quick tour of the gym. Gym was clean and everything was easy to find. Did my workout, cleaned up and bought a FitAid on the way out. Was just what I was looking for. NOTES: Clean (plenty of clean microfiber rags and spray bottles in multiple locations). Organized stored equipment. Plenty of space. Multiple floor fans available to move around (non AC open gym facility with large roll up doors). Drink cooler has QR code and iPad to pay.”
