“Small Gym with a good amount of equipment, if you like to go to the gym late at night (around 10:30pm or after) I highly recommend going to ILF as no one is usually ever there. The staff is super kid and There is pretty much everything you need in a gym and they do have classes if you would like that. It's usually pretty busy around 9am everyday.”
“Great gym. All the equipment you need . They keep up on equipment. Accepting atmosphere . The overhead MUSIC is always good ! Nice area for ground workout moves . Clean bathrooms”

AND it’s got a shower. This might not seem like a big deal from the outside looking in, but it makes hitting a workout in the flow of your day much easier. Rather than having to go home to put your life back together you can hop in the shower, power up with some fast pickle and frog fuel, and carry on with your day.”
