My husband smashed his wedding ring and we stopped in to see if it could be repaired. Not only did the staff do the repair for us on the spot, they also checked the prongs on my ring and cleaned our rings for us. Friendly, local, and so helpful. We appreciate having such a wonderful local jeweler.

We took our elderly sister's watch there for repair on a Saturday . The young man told us we would need to leave it as they were closing in half an hour and we could pick it up Tuesday. We explained we were only here for the weekend from out of state. He saw the disappointment on our faces and then told us he would repair it right then. And he even replaced her second watch battery for free. Such a caring place!

I took my ring there to get appraised, which I was very sure about what the main stone was on the ring. Almost 3 weeks later I went there to pick my ring and paper work and it stated it is a pink sapphire, but my ring's stone is one of the rarest stones in the world and the rarest color of sapphire which is 'padparadscha'. I asked about padparadscha, and I said this stone is supposed be padparadscha, and the son of the owner said there is no such a stone called by that name. He said "it is a name brand." At that point I gave my rating to them. And I said it is the rarest color of sapphires and you guys even sell it on your website, and then they were just looking at me EMPTY!! He was trying to explain it to me like I was not understanding anything. He was saying it is a name brand like your shirt, your shirt says Columbia and padparadscha is a name brand like your shirt Columbia!!!! OKAY SMARTY!!! Anyway I took my ring to a very professional store in Destin and just after 4 days they have apprised it, and it was natural, not heated padparadscha!!! They appraised it and it more than doubled the value of what Navarre jewelry did. Navarre jewelry paper work very unprofessional they didn't even put how many carat is the stone, didn't put any pictures on the paper and more!!You can take your watch to get the battery changed or you can take your ring there to resize it, but don't ever take your beautiful jewelry to there to get apprised, or to get professional work on it because they are not professional. They have very little knowledge about stones!! And the other thing was I have paid an extra $50 to get the gold content stamped on the ring, and when I got there to pick it, it wasn't even marked. I had to leave the ring there again and pick up later!!!!! At the end I had to lose my time and money for nothing..

My husband bought a beautiful watch from Navarre Jewelry and he loves it. So when I needed to have a ring sparkle I used them also. They did an outstanding job. My ring was dipped, cleaned, and loose diamonds were tightened. It looks like new. I also had an appraisal on the ring. I'm very happy with the service I received and pricing was reasonable. They also made a mothers ring for me with my birthstone and both my childrens birthstones. I love it! All of this was done in a timely manner.Thanks again for a job well done.

I got my wife a matching band to her wedding set (engagement ring and band) for our 1 year anniversary. I got him to solder all three rings together and he did an amazing job. The rings fit beautifully and the first two look brand new to match the new band. The wife loves it. You can't even tell they are soldered together. The rings now stay together and in the correct position. Thank you
