ZERO STARS!!!!! ****If I could remove the one star I would. DO NOT GO HERE! I have never complained before or left a bad review until now. I went for a full service for my daughter and friend. Pedicures, manicure and two full SNS dip sets.I was warned before I went but still gave them a chance. I left completely unsatisfied and my daughter left in tears. The techs were very rough, making her fingers bleed, my daughter spoke up twice telling the text she was not happy with the way she was shaping her nails or painting them. I when they gave me the total at the end, they charged me for gel nails when I did not get gel nails! I tried to communicate that with him and all of a sudden there was a now language barrier between me and the technicians. I ended up paying just to get out of there.When I complained that my nails were not cured properly and we’re already bending and breaking I went back to the salon not even 15 minutes after I left only to be told that” that is how dip nails are now” I said no ma’am, they are supposed to be hard where they cannot bend!! My first three fingers on each hand are warped and bending and cracking from where the dip did not cure. They never used UV light on my hand!The technicians refused to fix the nails, saying they didn’t have time even though there was only two other clients in the salon, and those clients were in pedicure chairs. No other client was in the salon getting nails done. When I asked to have the nails removed and I offered to pay for it, they gave me a hard time about that. I didn’t ask how much do they charge to remove nails and they quoted me $20 and my daughter $30. I asked why the difference in price and they said because of her prior takeoff from the first set when we originally came in. I told him I already paid for that in the original $220 you charged me, so why are you charging me a second time for it? All they would say is “this is how nail prices work here.” And then they refuse to talk to me in English. They were yelling in their language, some man came from the back yelling and hitting the wall and counter. My daughter was in TEARS!!!!when I told them that this is not how you treat customers and I told them that I would be posting a review, they threaten me and told me to get out of the salon. I will never be going back! They did not fix the nails, give a refund, offer any kind of help for their mistake. No accountability at all.Services: Nail extensions

Way over priced. The design I could of done myself. Not impressed won’t return. Very clean salon and friendly staff, but wasn’t worth the money.Service: Acrylic nails

You really can't mess a pedicure up as far as I'm concerned and I've been going to this place just to get pedicures because it's close to home mostly, but recently my experience was definitely not a good one. The man proceeded to peel off my gel polish instead of dremmeling it, or soaking it, my cuticles ended up rigid and the polish did not look cleanly put on. Shortly after I left (because he likely removed part of the top layer of my toenail when he peeled the gel off) I ended up with a V-shaped rip in the top of my big toenail, and then the corner eventually completely ripped off. I'm probably not ever going back here unless I have no other options.

I found MY place! Ask for Rachelle she is talented and experienced and does an amazing job. She takes her time and makes you feel like you are the most important client of the day. I’m so grateful to have found her!

My technician was wonderful, it was a little pricey but she did a very good job. However, somehow I lost my EarPods in the store. I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and the owner was beyond rude to me I showed him on my phone that my EarPods were in the store. He refused to help me would not call my technician told me to “come back tomorrow “which is a Sunday and they’re closed and I’m gone for 2 weeks.I spent 120.00 There and he couldn’t be bothered to take one minute to help me locate my AirPods so a either he stole them or be is just horrible a customer service. I would go to Wanda again but not the storeServices: Manicure

Love this Nail Salon! Candy always does an amazing job on my nails from gel, to dip to Acrylic, I have always been completely satisfied! Rachelle is the BEST at doing my pedicures! She gives AMAZING feet and leg masaages, and gives my feet the full attention they deserve!!

Very poor service. Had to go get a redo of mani pedi somewhere else. The man barely did anything. Left just about all the dry skin on the feet and hands and had the nails cut very uneven. Would never use them again. They are not professional.Services: Pedicures

Made an appointment and had to wait for nail tech.Requested a fill on ombré nails (only pink fill no white touch up).Nail tech seemed rushed. Filled nails, filed, applied gel top coat. On examination of nails, multiple nails were not filled to sides/line of demarcation. Asked tech to fill and fix them.He stated it was fine. I insisted he fix them. He fill the gaps but told next pedicure client I was difficult and it would be a few more minutes until he was able to start on her.See photos for small gaps between side nail bed and filled area. Some areas are rough and I have air bubbles on some of the nails.Over all did I get a fill -yes.Was it my best experience- no.I will not be returning.
